"Can I get a cup of coffee please?", said Lily to the waitress. "Yes ma'am, anything else?"
"Oh no thank you."
It was a cool autumn evening and Lily chilled against the counter whilst scrolling through her phone. She was alone, so the people talking and kissing was clearly heard mostly because she didn't had anyone to talk to or cuddle with.
Of course she had Matt, but he was busy shooting with Jenna and she knew that.
Out of all the things she was thinking which were her magical moments on set filming Cinderella, her coffee came to distract her.
The moments and premieres felt like years than months.
Although Lily herself knew that things between her and Matt seems to be falling apart, she decided to invite him to her apartment later. She texts him this:
Hey Matt ♡ hope you're
doing fine. I was wondering
if you'd want to come over
for dinner in my apartment
if you can. love you lots. xx
This is what he replied.
Love you too baby, I miss
you so much. Hope you're
doing great as well. Jenna
just texted me inviting us
on a double date with
Richard, and us both.
Should we say yes? ♡
Lily was frozen when she heard Richard. Obviously she hasn't seen him for five months.
Yes Matt, we should! I'll
ring Jenna to ask for the
details. Hopefully It doesn't
crash the schedules ;) ily x
That was one bizarre text. She hadn't spent so much time typing a text since forever. She couldn't wait to call Jenna now.
"Hello? Is..- is this Jenna?"
"Oh sorry, Jen is showering at the moment but you could leave her a message when she wakes up."
"Oh okay, and may I ask who's this?"
"its her boyfriend Richard."
Oh shit, no way.
"Oh hey! Haven't heard your voice in a while."
"Yeah, you as well."
"So I was invited by Jenna to a double date with you guys? I called to ask for the details but-"
"Oh no worries, I was the one who invited yall. Meet us at a restaurant called El Canario at 8 pm tomorrow night."
"Sure.. *smiles to herself*"
"See ya there."
"Okay. Can't wait."
Lily can't contain the excitement. Good thing she texted Matt. And half of her knew she loved Matt too.
