Chapter 1

"Guess who's going to LA!!" I yelled at Lucy's face and jumped with excitement.

"What do you mean? Tell me what happened?" Lucy said trying to stop you from jumping.

"That was from film school and for my practical they're sending me to paramount studios to be an assistant director!" I started jumping again and Lucy joined in.

"Oh my god! That is so cool! Congrats!" Lucy said.

"Thank you!" I said sitting down.

"So when are you leaving? And how long are you gonna be?"

"I'm leaving two days later. I'm not sure when I'm coming back. I guess if I do good on the practical i'll graduate this year from film school." I said to Lucy.

"Do you have any idea where you gonna stay? Oh and what are going to be assistant director of?" Lucy asked happy for you.

"I don't know yet, i'll find out when I get there." I said.

"What if you see Logan there?" Lucy asked. I started to think what will happen. Maybe we'll get back together. Or maybe not.

Last summer Logan henderson and I had a thing. The whole long distance thing didn't really work out even though I'm still crazy about him. But it's about time to get over him.

"I don't know what will happen. We're over. anyways LA is a big place it's unlikely i'll see Logan there."

"Who knows" Lucy said. "You did say paramount studios right?"

"Yeah why?"

"Oh nothing just confirming." Lucy had a strange look on her face. I ignored it.

Ahh I can't believe I'm going to LA!

Best birthday ever!!!

"I wish you could come with me." I said to Lucy while she helped me pack.

"Yeah I want to come but someone's gotta look after the place and I have a few auditions." Lucy said.

"Why don't you audition for something in LA? Maybe you could work on the show I'll be working on." I said getting excited.

"I could! But let's see how theatre acting works out." Lucy said passing you a jacket. Logan's jacket.

"You still have this? I thought you gave it back or would've thrown it away."

"I just couldn't throw it away. I'll give it back to him IF I see him." I said stroking the jacket then placing it in my bag.

That night Lucy threw me a going away/birthday party with a lot of people over.

'Just one more day to go then i'll be in LA' I said to myself as I closed my eyes.
