Chapter 10

Logan's P.O.V

My question made Ashley a bit awkward.

"I didn't mean to say that, Logan!"

"Then what did you mean to say?"

"Shouldn't you be like spending time with Emma and get all the publicity you need?"

"Yeah, can we not talk about that." I don't even know why I said yes to the stunt.

Ashley & I got talking. I told her how I felt about the publicity stunt. She told me about the pressure on her & we just talked.

Talking to Ashley is just amazing. It feels like it's just me & her even though we're in one of the busiest cafe.

This feels just like the old times. I wish it could be like this always.

"What?" Ashley starred at me a bit confused.

Sh!t I just said that out loud!

"Ha nothing." I said hastily.

"Tell me! What did you say?" Ashley asked. I could never say no to her.

"It feels like the old times.. This right here... You & me talking... Us." I said looking up at her.

"It does..." Ashley said locking her eyes on mine.

We gazed at each other and got lost in the moment.

"Hi guys!" A voice interrupted our little moment. Tyler said sitting in the empty chair between Ashley & I.

"Hi..Tyler" Ashley said who didn't look so pleased by Tyler's timing either.

"So where's James?" Tyler asked. "And the others." He added quickly. A bit to fast.

Logan told him where the others are.

"What about Emma? Aren't you two love birds meant to be together all the time?" Tyler said bring up the topic!

"Ah what would you like to oder? It's on me this time." Ashley said cutting off Tyler.

"Thank you." I mouthed to Ashley while Tyler had his head buried in the menu.

"You're welcome." She mouthed back.

The three of us had small talks. Tyler talking the most. The first time I met Tyler He looked so mysterious & serious the type who doesn't talk much. But know my opinion of him has changed he can't shut up for a minute!

"I'll be back." Ashley said getting up while answering her phone.

Great! Ashley left us two alone.

"Can I ask you something?" Tyler said.

"What is it?"

"Is James single now? Or is he & Halston still together?"

Ok that was weird. What is he a paparazzi? Or a blogger!

"Dude honestly that's none of our business."

"Oh come on! Tell me please!" Tyler said like a girl.

"Ohh-kaay... They're not together."

"Is there a chance for me?" Tyler asked out of the blue.

"I don't think Halston is looking for someone right now." I said taking a sip from my latte.

"No not Halston! I mean James is there a chance for me with him?!'" Tyler's words made me choke on my drink.

"Wait so you want to go out with James!?" I said after I recovered from my coughs.
