I feel like TaeYeon and HyoYeon have always seemed a want to be closer to one another because they aren't the closest with one another on camera. But off camera could possibly be a completely whole different relationship between them but since I don't have a personal relationship with GG ;,(. I don't know if my assumptions are correct. But with this kind of couple we should appreciate them more for they don't constantly always interact.
