The missing blades

*Zayns POV*

While the boys and I were having a full on argument with Joanie for slapping Bree, I snuck out of the room so no one saw me.

I dived through the sliding door, and hesitantly opened the ledge to Bree's 'room'

God, I don't even have a clue why Miriam made this poor girl sleep out here.

I flashed back to the reason why I was in here.

I was going to take her razor blades.

Yea. It might affect our friendship but she doesn't deserve to cut. Bree was smart, intelligent, beautiful and not to mention funny.

Why would she cut?

I checked the most obvious places, in the drawers, behind clothes, and in her bag.

Just when I was about to give up looking, something shiny on the ground caught my eye.

I smiled, and pulled across the mattress, revealing a dozen slender blades.

I gathered them all up, careful bit to touch the sharp edges.

I dropped them into my jacket pocket, and opened the door.

I looked around before walking out.

And I regret it. Right there Bree was hugging Niall. We're they together or something?

I was frozen, I couldn't move. But that's when it hit me,

Bree was coming this way.

I quickly dive bombed into a bush (A/N just re-phrasing what I did last week.. xD)

And stayed as still as I could. I could feel one of the blades slowly touching my skin, so I moved my arm forward, making a hell of a lot of noise.

Then out of the corner of my eye, I saw Bree open the door, and walk in.

I breathed a sigh of relief, thankful that she didn't see me.

I got up, and ran back inside, up the stairs to our room.

*Bree's POV*

I sat down, in bewillderness, where were they? I decided to check inside the house, they must be there.

I crept outside and wandered into the house, everyone was there but Zayn. Eh, he must be in the bathroom or something.

'Hey love, are you any better?' Liam asked.

'Yea I'm fine!' I said with a smile.

'Whats up?' Louis asked, eying me up.

'Oh, just looking for something.' I said, searching the drawers.

'What is it? We can help!' Shit.

'Umm it's my ... Erm hair straightener.' I said, remembering Joanie stole mine a few weeks ago. Hah, this should be a mission.

'Sure! Lets go lads!' He said jumping out o his seat.

'Um where's Zayn?' I asked.

'He's up in our room, probably doing his hair.' Niall joked.

I stifled a dry laugh, as I searched the drawers again. I found a knife? No, that's too obvious.

I hopped up the stairs, eager to find Zayn.

I slowly entered his room, his back was to me and he was messing with something over the sink.

'Shit..' He whispered, Lou's enough for me I hear.

I guess he didn't know he was the only one in the room.

'Zayn?'

He dropped what he was holding, And I heard some of them drop down in the sink.

He spun around to meet my gaze.

'Uh, hey.' He said, worry over powering his voice.

'Um, what was that?' I said pointing to the sink.

'Oh um just some... Bobby pins?' He answered, but it was more of a question.

I pushed him out of my way and looked in the sink.

'My blades?' I whispered.

I felt so many emotions come over me, anger, sadness, rage, and worry. My heart sank, why would he do such a thing?!

'Zayn! I can't believe you did this! Snuck into my room and STOLE something of mine! I thought you were-'

'Bree! I can explain! But-'

'No, I don't care.' I snapped, grabbing what was left of the blades.

By the time I was walking out the door a crowd had formed around the door.

Screw them.

Screw them all.
