~Mia's POV~

As the Princess of the World, I have strict rules that prevent me from interacting with children my age. Ever since I grew up, my parents have taught me many different languages of the world, plus all subjects to its highest difficulty, they also taught me I will never have to bow down to anyone, as I am The Princess.

Self-defense was a crucial case being the Princess of the World. Even though it hasn't appeared yet, commoners would like to use me for ransom, hoping to become the next heir of the world. But there are no worries for that kind of situation to happen, as I am a black belt to the 7th degree and they have never seen my face on any kind of social media.

Keeping a thirteen year old locked up doesn't help my curiosity, my curiosity flows from my head like a waterfall, trying to explore everything in my surroundings – which is not much, since I'm always locked up in the castle.

There was one day I tried sneaking out but it was lost after my hesitation. After that, I swore to myself, next time there is no mercy. When I was wandering down the stairs, I noticed my chance when I saw a light coming through the doors of the castle. I peered outside from the large castle gates that were probably left ajar by a soldier.

I swiftly ran outside, into the royal garden – jumping from bush to bush without being seen, passing the massive fountain in the center. Then I saw the next diamond encrusted gate 20 feet from me, the gate that's keeping me separated from the outside world. As my curiosity overwhelms me, I rushed towards the gate. When I got there I was breathless, I slowly tug on the gate hoping it would open, but unfortunately it was locked. That's when I decided to mimic the ninja shows I see on TV. I noticed the one of the spiral bushes that were compacted tightly enough for me to stand on and high enough to climb over the enormous wall.

I started climbing onto the lowest point of the spiral and trying to adjust my posture. My foot sinks about a few inches into the bush, but it was sturdy. I slowly crawled up the spiral, trying to keep my posture straight so I don't fall. The closer I reached the top, I started crawling so I don't lose my balance; I placed my hands over the top of the wall and glanced over at the grandiose city below the castle. I turned back and smiled at the castle, giving my last goodbye and I jumped over the wall. My adventure awaits.
