After Tartarus, Annabeth's foot hadn't healed because it was not properly fixed, so she couldn't run away from Percy's tackling her and showering her with tickles and kisses when she was working. Even after Tartarus, people got used to Percy's tackling Annabeth. The only thing was, she didn't run away.
