I was sweating bullets, My heart was beating rapidly.

"Just One More lap Class!" Mr. Jefferson called.

"Bloody Hell," I said to my friend Dallas who was jogging beside me.

"Oh come on Riley. One more lap around the track won't do any harm."

"Tell that to Alisha." I replied. "She passed out just 5 minutes ago."

"Oh please, she was faking." Dallas replied.

"Whatever, its over anyway." I said grabbing my gym bag and heading to the girls locker room. "See you after school."

"Actually Ri, I'm walking you to class I have a free period." He answered

"Oh, ok meet me outside the locker room." I shouted as he opened the door to the boys locker room.

He nodded his head then entered the boys locker room.

I walked in to the locker room and changed, then I fixed my hair so it wasn't all over the place.

I walked out the locker room only to bump into a hard chest. I muttered an apology looking at my feet, and began walking towards the wall across from the locker rooms to meet Dallas. I began stepping away when I felt a tug on my wrist. I spun and was back where I started.

"Watch where you're going Riley or next time I won't be so courteous." I could hear the venom in his words, and see the intensity in his icy blue eyes.

"Go fuck yourself." I said, trying to pull away from his chest. In one swift move of his arm and two quick steps I was pinned to the wall. Hands at my sides, His breath fanning over my neck.

"I'd much rather you do it for me." He whispered into my neck. I was breathless. With that he backed away winked at me and next he is jogging down the hallway.

I was breathing heavily up against the wall when a hand waved in front of my face, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Hey, Ri, are you ok, did you really get winded from changing clothes." Dallas asked looking confused.

I jumped at his sudden appearance. "No," I gulped. "I'm still winded from the run."

He looked at me narrowing his eyes before shrugging it off.

"Right, so let get to class shall we?" He asked

"We shall." I stated

I was in Language Arts when I realized I didn't do my math homework, and in math when the teacher realized this. Now I'm in after school detention. I sighed. My life.

"Why so glum, cub." The same guy from earlier asked me.

"I'm in detention for one, and two how did you know my name back there." I stated/asked.

"I looked at the files, I would introduce myself but I'm sure you already know." He stated smugly.

"Actually, I don't know your name." I raised my eyebrow in confusion.

He scratched the back of his neck and stood up before saying.

"Oh, Er the name is Rebel." With that he stocked away.

Rebel.

"A name to perfectly fit his personality."

"Shh." The librarian shushed me.

I didn't even realize I had said it out loud.
