It was three in the morning. I lay in my bed dreaming of cosmic colors. How the sky seemed so infinite, so divine. So pure and light. I lay in my duvet, thinking of cosmic colors. Thinking one day I will be part of the collisions of the skies. Dreaming about how one day I will be part of this peaceful abyss, dreaming about how one day I will feel this very moment but live it in nostalgic euphoria.
As the world around me slowly faded as my alarm clock blared with a buzz, I mentally groaned, having to wake up and face the monsters of school. All good things must come to an end, and apparently it was sooner than I thought. I looked up at the sky once more, knowing he had disappeared once long before, and one day our love shall be united and we will live together in ecstasy.
I sighed, grabbing my backpack, and my lunch. Heading out the door, wondering what waits before me. I wait for the bus to reach my stop and as I board the yellow vehicle, I look around trying to catch sight of them, even though I knew they were never going to be found...
