Being a poet was and will always be my dream. My ambition. However, in a society where we are not allowed to imagine and dream, being a poet seems like a very far fetched. We are limited. Our creativity is limited. All people want to do is to make robots or machines to do the same old stupid routine day and night. It's like we are trapped in a box with no way out. They kill people who don't act like what the society expects. How am I going to survive in this society? I have tried to stop the poetry but it just comes to me. It lines naturally! When I am deep in thought, When I am in aschool, Even in my dreams! Poetry is in my blood. Its part if who I am. I'm trapped in my own world which happens to be much better. I want to live in one where art is appreciated and instead of forcing us to be a doctor, an engineer or a lawyer, they ask us what we want to be. Do others feel the same but act like nothing ever happens? I want to meet that someone. I write all my poems in my book, in a secret place, my roof. This happens to be a certain place where I meet someone who has similar dreams as me? Can I change this world and bring my imagination alive? Can a single person do this? Not likely. What I would need is a miracle...Or maybe a certain boy.
