Death The Kid X Reader

~Death the Kid pov~

'I can't believe that I met a girl that I fell in love with in her first day. I couldn't help it. It's just that she is so symmetrical. Oh her (h/l) (h/c) hair flowing around her so symmetrically. She is so breath taking. I just can't stop thinking about her. Also her beautiful (e/c) eyes. They are just ugh I just can't stop talking about her can't I? Man I need help but with who?' I continue thinking this as I was walking to my house but stopped and thought that Soul could help me win the heart of (y/n). I then thought again that we both are going to do a mission together so instead of going to Souls and Makas place I went straight home to go prepare for tomorrow.

(Y/N) pov:

I was at my place and got ready for my mission together with Kid. I got all me stuff ready and then started to go to the place where we both will meet up. I made it in front of DWMA and sat on the steps and waited for him.

~ time skip ~

I was walking with Kid, Liz, and Patty to our mission. I was a bit shaky because I was doing a mission with Kid for the first time. I was walking and was looking around to check where the kishins might be. Apparently there was more than one kishin and was around 60 kishins that we need to kill. I then stopped and looked up from the abandon building that was there in front of us. "What's wrong (y/n)?" Kid said and came next to me and looked at the building I was looking at. I then turned one of my arms into a sword. "They're in there." I said and was getting serious as always when it comes to fighting kishins. "Liz. Patty." I heard Kid said to both of them and they turned into their twin pistols. Kid held onto them like he always do and looked at me. "Ladies first." I groaned a bit on hearing that from him.

I then knocked down the door and looked around to see if any kishins were out. Kid was right behind me doing the same thing. "Are you sure they are here (y/n)?" I then turned to him. "I'm sure they are here Kid and you know that I can feel them." I then turned around at the right time because a kishin came out to attack us. I then blocked its attack and killed it with ease. I then turned to kid. "See I was rig-" Before I finished my sentence I was knocked away from Kid by a kishin. I hit against a wall and it knocked out the air out of me. I got up slightly from the floor and coughed as I saw another kishin come at me. Before it came closer to me Kid shot it with his twin pistols. I was still catching my breath as I got up on my feet and leaned on the wall a bit.

I looked at Kid who looked mad for some reason and I was a bit shocked. I then moved away from the wall and then went to attack the kishins with an emotionless expression. Both me and Kid finished killing all the kishins and collecting the souls of all of them. We then left the building all quiet and I can still sense Kids anger. "Liz. Patty. Keep walking ahead I need to talk to (y/n) for a bit." I heard Kid said and can hear his anger in his voice. Both Liz and Patty looked at me worried and looked at Kid and nod then left.

Me and Kid continued to walk and was walking in a forest. Kid then grabbed my shoulder and face me towards him and I can see his anger in his eye. "What wrong with you?! Letting your guard down like that!" I looked at him in fear and shocked at the same time. I open my mouth to say something but nothing came out. "Why do you have to be an idiot sometimes?! You think of yourself as an high and mighty person don't you?!" That's when I couldn't take it and tears came out of my eyes and I looked to the ground. I then started to scream at him. "What's wrong with me? Nothing's wrong with me you symmetrical freak! I'm not an idiot like you who is bragging how things need to be symmetrical! And no I do not think I'm high and mighty because I know I'm not and I'm weak!" With that I turned around running and had tears streaming down my eyes and was blurring my vision.

I continued to run but then sipped away the tears that continued to fall from my face to clear my vision. I open my eyes and was going to stop running because I see a cliff up ahead but I couldn't as I tripped from a root of a tree. As I tripped I fell and was close to the edge of the cliff and fell forword. I then heard someone scream my name. "(Y/N)!" I recognize the voice and it was Kid. I fell from the cliff and as I started to fall I turned to look up and saw Kid coming down to catch me while he was ridding Beelzebub. My vision the started to blur and got dark but before I was out cold I reached out my hand to him. My eyes then closed and I couldn't sense anything as they were just a blur.

~Kids pov ~

I didn't know what came over me as I was screaming at (y/n). I didn't mean any of it. My heart just broke when I saw her crying and then saw her run away from me. I mentally kicked my self and then went looking for (y/n) as I felt really bad. I started to run to the direction that she was running and a couple of minutes of running all I see was her fall from the cliff that was ahead of her. My heart stopped and I screamed out her name in fear of lose in her. "(Y/N)!" I ran fast to her and called out to my skateboard Beelzebub and road down to go catch (y/n). I then saw he faced me and lift her hand out.

I continue to go down faster and then saw her eyes close shut. I panicked and continued to go down faster and caught her in time before she hit the ground. I then held he close to me and didn't want I let her go. I then started to take her to my place so she can rest there. I looked down at her in my arms and felt guilt as I saw her puffy eyes a bit. "I'm sorry (y/n) please forgive me." I then made it home with her in my arms and then went in. I started to walk into the guest room and lay her there and covered her with a blanket. I stood by her for the mean time and stayed by her side. I then felt a bit of tears coming down from my face and landed on her cheek. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. If I had controlled my anger this wouldn't happen." I held onto her hand tightly with mine and felt her twitched a bit. I then looked at her and saw her eyes opening slowly. I then heard her voice which was raspy. "K-Kid?" My eyes widen and I hugged her. "I'm so sorry (y/n) I didn't mean to scream at you. It's just I don't like seeing the love of my life getting hurt." I then looked at her and saw her eyes widen and her blushing which was cute.

~ (Y/N) pov~

I felt someone hold my hand and I started to wake up. I opened my eyes and saw Kid holding my hand. "K-Kid?" I saw Kid having tears coming down from his face and his eyes widen. He then hugged me and he started to talk. "I'm so sorry (y/n) I didn't mean to scream at you. It's just I don't want the love of my life getting hurt." I started to blush and my eyes widen to what I heard from Kid. I then felt him let me go and looked at me and I coved my face quick after I saw him looking into my eyes. "I love you (y/n)." I felt him take my hands away from my face and lifted my chin up to face him and he leaned in. I couldn't help but lean in also.

Our lips then touched each other and I couldn't  help but wonder why Kids lips were so dam soft. The kiss became deeper and I wrapped my arms around his neck. I then pulled away and was catching my beath. I then looked at Kid in the eyes blushing. "I love you too Kid." I then see him smiling and he pecked my lip. "I'm so happy to hear that." With that me and Kid were together that night cuddling and was the beginning of a new relationship.
