Soul Evans X Reader

(Y/N) POV

'Ugh another day of suffering in school.' I continued to walk to DWMA with my things in hand for today. I'll tell you why I hate school it's because the most advance misters weapon hates me for some reason and I don't even know that reason. That weapon's name is Soul and also his best friend Black Star also bullies me sometimes but mostly Soul does this to me.  As I was walking I see Soul standing right in front of school. 'Wow he's just dying to bully me today.' I sighed and once I made it to the top without hesitation he can up to me and grabbed the collar of my shirt and picked me up. "Oh look who we have here." Soul said while he was still holding me up and that's when Black Star came out wit a smirk. "Oh it's that weak little girl. Why are you in DWMA anyways your not even strong." Black Star said and then punched me in the stomach. I let out a small grunt and then felt one of them kick me on the side. I opened my eyes and saw that it was soul kicking me on the side laughing. 

When I looked into his eyes it had a whole different emotion that what he is doing. For some reason I started to get tired of him kicking me so I changed my arm into a (w/c) {weapon chose} so I can push him away which it worked. When he was pushed back he hit Black Star too. I heard them grunt and saw them both on the floor and that gave me a chance to go run to my class. I got up and got my things and started to run away from them. Before I did went to class I went to the restroom to fix myself up a bit. I then looked at the mirror that was in front of me. I saw that my cheek had a cut and blood was coming out. I cleaned it and put a band aid on it and then started to think of all the things that they said to me were true but not all of them were true. I got my things and then ran to class not wanting to be late or the person that Stein will be dissecting. 

I got to class and sat at the fa back of the class and was sitting there alone because there are other people who also bully me but they don't hurt me s much as Soul does. For some reason I had a small feeling for him but if wasn't that big as some other girls do have for him. I also have a hatred for him and I don't know how to explain it. I looked down and saw Soul talking to his mister Maka and saw her laughing a bit. I let out a sigh and wanted to be his friend but we were actually when we were little but then something in him changed and he started to bully me. I looked up and continued to work until the end of class and wanted to be lunch already so I can go talk to Lord Death so I can go on a mission by myself. 

~Time Skip~ 

Class has already finished so i got my things and started to walk down the stars. When I made it to the row that Soul and Black Star sat I felt one of them stick out their feet out and I tripped and fell from the stars. I didn't let out a scream or anything but a grunt when I was at the end of the stars. I heard people started to laugh and I didn't bother to look back at them but scream at them with my back turned to them. "What happened to the old Soul?! He wasn't like this!" I got my things and then started to run to Lord Death office and go tell him that I'm going to be on a mission. I got to his office and told him what I'm going to do and he agreed. 

Soul POV

My eyes widen when I heard (y/n) screamed out to what happened to the old me. I was still the old me but then I started to get flashbacks to the start when I started to treat her differently. I then felt a wash of guild go threw me. 'Damn it! I broke that promise too!' I then remembered that promise that we both made when we were both little kids. 

~Small Flashback~

I was running around with a little girl with (h/c) hair and we were both laughing and having fun during one day. We both fell on the green tall grass and looked up at the sky. "Hay Soul?" I then faced at the girl who was next to me. "Yeah what is it (y/n)?" "Promise that we'll be friends forever and nothing will change." She said while holding out her pinky out to me and I then wrapped my pinky with her. "I pinky promise."
