Taehyung's POV

It's the morning of the road trip. Jungkook and I exchanged numbers after our talk yesterday. We've been texting all night, getting to know each other more; well, what I can.

I could tell he restrained himself from sharing too much information with me, probably afraid of becoming too comfortable. I don't blame him.

I found out his favorite colors are red, black, and white; although I argue that black and white are not colors. He loves drawing and reading comic books. He also loves to dance, similar to Jimin.

I decided to send Jungkook a good morning text. I held my phone, meditating on what I should write.

Should I put a smiley face at the end? Good Morning (:

No. That will make me look too happy... like I'm overexcited.

What if I say Good Morning!

No... that will look like I'm yelling at him.

God! Why is it so hard to text someone good morning?

My phone chimed, signifying that I got a text. I unlocked my phone and smiled, seeing Jungkook's name displayed on my screen.

I frowned. I should have been the first one to text good morning! Was it that easy for him?

Morning Kookie. Are you ready for today?

Oh no! I replied to quickly! He probably thinks I'm desperate.

Neh! Jin texted me saying that he's driving us.

Oh, that's cool. He replies fast too. I feel better.

Should I wait to reply? I'll wait for like a minute.

I'm actually driving too. I have to pick up Jimin and Hoseok.
