Epilogue.

Aaaaw this is the end! I don't want it to end but sadly this just seems like the perfect time! Hopefully I'll have a new book ready soon😁😉!
Mitch's POV
"Kirstie why are we heading to my apartment? Are you leaving me with Scott? Please don't." I begged facing her worriedly from the passengers seat. She shook her head.

"Mitch, Scott wanted you to move out and so do I. I want you to move in with me. Sorry for not explaining that to you earlier." I nodded and turned to face the window again. We arrived at the apartment only to notice that my stuff was already in organized boxes near the front door. Kirstie and I looked at each other, shrugged, grabbed the boxes and put them in the car. Than I put my keys in the fish bowl and left a nope for Scott saying, " when you've become the Scott you were before, call me. And let me know that this 'war' is done." I than left and joined Kirstie in the car.

Scott's POV
This war isn't done. I crumpled up the note Mitch sent to me and threw it in the trash.

"What do you think your doing?" A familiar voice spoke. I turned around to find Meghan standing there with her eyes narrowed at me. I smirked at her.

"I'm going to war Meghan. And just so you know you should get out of here before I kill you." I growled causing her to back up.

"Scott please what is wrong with you? Why do you want Kirstie so badly?" She asked tears threatening her eyes. I sighed and folded my arms.

"Well maybe I haven't been in a relationship since high school..." I paused, "maybe I've loved Kirstie for years and Mitch just started loving her. Maybe I just want to experience an relationship for once and have it work out." Meghan brought me into a hug as more tears spilled from my eyes.

"Well I have something to confess," she said pulling away. I looked at her waiting for what she had to say. "I maybe like you... Like more as friend kind of way." She said scratching the back of her neck awkwardly. I laughed at her awkwardness and thought.

"Well I guess I've always had a thing for you. So sure, Meghan would you like to go on a date with me?" I asked taking both of her hands in mine and looking he in the eyes. She nodded her head and looked up at me.

"I'd love to Scott." She than kissed me. And this time, she felt a spark too. And this time she wasn't faking it. Soon we pulled apart.

"Oh I better call Mitch." I blushed picking up my phone and dialling his number. On the last ring where I basically lost hope, Mitch finally picked up.

"Hey Scott." He said dryly. I shook my head remembering my mistakes these past few weeks and took a deep breathe.

"Listen Mitch, I'm really sorry. I just needed to tell myself that I just needed a relationship. And I think I finally found the right girl. So I was wondering if you and Kirstie would like to go on a double date like, right now." I asked pleadingly. There was silence before my Mitch finally answered.

"Sure! I can't wait to see the old Scott and his new girlfriend." And with that he hung up.

Kirstie's POV
"Wow I can't believe it!" Kirstie said as we got into my car. I nodded.

"Same. I wonder who he's dating." Kirstie nodded her head, agreeing.

"Yeah I should phone Meghan. Just a sec." She said pointing her finger at me as if trying to silence me.

"Point another finger at me and I swear I'll blast my EDM music." I threatened playfully laughing quietly as Meghan picked up.

"Hey Meghan! I've got great news." I heard Meghan's excitement on the other line and Kirstie laughed. "Yeah Scott invited us to Starbucks to meet his new girlfriend." Soon Meghan said something and Kirstie looked at me shocked. "Okay then. Okay bye!" She than looked at me and squealed. "MEGHAN IS SCOTTS NEW GIRLFRIEND!" My jaw dropped shocked.

"You mean Meghan? Like our friend Meghan?" I asked. Kirstie nodded her head vigorously.

"I have to call Dylan and tell her." She said taking out her phone again, dialling Dylan's number.
*ten minutes later*
"Scott!" I shouted excitedly hugging my best friend. He laughed and hugged me back tightly. "It's so nice to see the real Scott once again!" I joked as all four of us sat down.

"What can I say?" He started, "you were right Mitch. I just needed girlfriend." And with that we continued on with our lives.
