The Start

It's 6th grade at Beacon Hills Primary School. Liam was a casual boy. Hayden was a normal girl. Liam was bullied. Hayden was quiet. It's a Thursday and Liam's walking down the hall. These three stubborn pretentious boys are walking the other direction, towards Liam. They smack Liam's books out of his hands and push him down to the floor. Liam started throwing some punches and kicks to protect himself. Hayden was walking down that exact hallway. She was walking past until... Liam threw a punch and missed the bully and punched Hayden straight in the face, the nose. Hayden dropped her books and punched Liam back in the face, the same spot where she had been hit.

LIAM:

It's the end of school and Liam was heading home. Liam walked through his front door and past the living room where his parents were. Liam wanted to go straight upstairs, hoping that his parents wouldn't notice what had happened to Liam's face, but that didn't work.

"Liam? Oh my gosh! What happened?!" Liam's mum said with such worry in her voice as she got off the couch and walked to Liam.
"Was it those bullies again!" Liam's dad said full of anger as he followed Liam's mum.
"Guys it's fine. Yeah I was bullied but they didn't do this to me." Liam said as he looked down to the floor.
"Then who was it?" Liam's mum asked full of concern.
"Her name is Hayden Romero. I swung a punch at the bully but I missed and ended up hitting her on the face. I hit her pretty hard. She dropped her books then punched me back. That's how it happened." Liam explained as his parents mouths dropped to the floor.

HAYDEN:

It's the end of school and Hayden was heading home. Hayden walked through her front door and past the dining room where her parents were. Hayden just wanted to go up to her bedroom, hoping that her parents wouldn't notice what had happened to her, but she wasn't fast enough to dodge her parents.

"Hayden honey! What happened?!" Hayden's mum screeched as she got up from the table and ran over to Hayden, Hayden's dad following her mum.
"Who would do this to you?!" Hayden's dad said in a shocked fatherly voice.
"It was a mistake. He didn't hit me on purpose." Hayden said as she looked down to the floor.
"What do you mean it wasn't on purpose?" Hayden's mum said with worry.
"He was defending himself. He was being beaten up and he went to go throw a punch back but he missed and got me instead." Hayden said as her mum went and got a towel and rinsed it under water to get rid of excess blood on her face and to stop the bruises from swelling up.

The very next day was school photos. Both Liam and Hayden's parents were devastated that their children were going to have their photo taken with bruises on their face and a cut on the nose.

The year of 6th grade had passed. It was now the year of the seniors. Hayden still had a grudge against Liam and Liam had a grudge against Hayden. Liam had a grudge against Hayden because she wouldn't forgive him and had something against him. She made people think he was a bad person. Throughout senior year Liam found out he got into Davenport High School. He also found out that Hayden got accepted into Beacon Hills High School. Liam was happy. Hayden was happy.
