*Alexis’ POV*
These past two weeks have been the best weeks of my life. I look around the room, at all my new friends and I can’t help but smile. I can finally say that I have friends that like me for me, and not because of who my older siblings are. And I have Niall, the closest thing to a real boyfriend that I have ever have. Granted, he doesn’t know how I feel about him, hell, I don’t even know how I feel about him and he probably only sees me as a friend. Oh well, I like hanging out with him.
“Lex? Why are you awake?” A very sleepy Louis asked from the floor, where he passed out after the party last night.
“Unlike you, Lou, I didn’t drink last night. Me and Liam were stuck babysitting you guys and the girls too,” I said teasingly.
“Well, thank you love. Next time I am getting you drunk too,” Lou said with a smile.
“I don’t think so, I don’t drink,”
“We’ll see about that,” he said, cheekily, “well, I’m hungry. Let’s go get breakfast!” he said jumping up, “just let me get changed!”
I get up and walk towards my bedroom. The sun was starting to rise and the birds were chirping, today is going to be a great day, I can tell. I quickly throw on a pair of shorts and a plaid shirt and twist my hair up into a messy bun. I washed my face and brushed my teeth before running back to meet Lou for breakfast.
“Ready, love?” He asked, waiting for me by the door.
“Yep, just gunna leave a note for everyone so they aren’t worried,” I began digging through my purse, looking for my notebook.
“No need, they’ll text when they wake up,” Lou replied, pulling me out the door.
Me and Louis have become close friends in the past couple weeks. He just seems to bring a part of me out that I have kept hidden for so long. Niall has begun to see this part of me, but nothing like Lou yet. Well, each of them see a different part of me. Liam brings out my smart and sensible side, Lou brings out my silly side, Harry brings out my cheeky side, Zayn brings out my mysteriousness, and Danielle and Eleanor bring out my girly side. And then there’s Niall, he brings out all of those. He brings out the best of me.
“Uh, Lex, we have a bit of a problem…” Louis said, moving closer to me.
I looked up and realized the swarm of paparazzi waiting by the front doors.
“Crap, how did they know we were here?” I asked, confused.
“They know everything… here, follow me!” Louis grabbed my hand and pulled me behind the front desk.
“Lou!” I hissed, “I do not want to get kicked out of another hotel! We are not supposed to be back here!”
“Well, if you want to go face the pap’s, go right ahead,” Lou said, getting his sass on.
I mumbled and followed Louis through the employee hallway and out into the back ally. Finally, fresh air and sunshine.
“C’mon!” Lou yelled, running through the ally.
I smiled to myself and quickly took off after him, how did I ever luck out to get such great friends?
*Niall’s POV*
I woke up on the couch and quickly cover my eyes with the blanket. Why is the sun so bright today and why is my head pounding?
“Morning Nialler, I got you some water and ibuprofen,” Liam said, shaking my shoulder.
“Thanks,” I muttered and sat up. Sometimes I’m thankful that Liam is always looking out for us. I look around the room noticing that everyone else is still passed out. Everyone except Louis and Lex.
