Viewing the stars on a clear night sky such as tonight, makes the dinner with father paradise. Quiet, peaceful and less aggravating. No one can ever just have a conversation with him, he always has to shout and have the last say.
The dinner with father went as well as expected until once again, the subject of marriage came up. Staring at the invitation, I recall the angry words my father had spoken.
" As future Earl, you must attend important events, looking for a wife and providing an heir is your sole responsibility, I will not live forever. Carrying on the Cinister legacy falls to you, as my eldest son," He shouted as he shoved the invitation towards me.
