It's Been Three Years!

“Alright Alright!” I heard Mike say into the microphone, I was sitting at the bar with Sierra. Sierra was searching the room for Austin; she wanted to give him and ear full. She already yelled at her friend, Becca one, boy that conversation was funny. So basically Austin knew I was here, and I wanted nothing more than to sit at the bar and drink beer, I didn’t want anything hard I just wanted a beer.

“Ooo I see him, stay here girly I have a bitch to fucking burn!” Sierra said as she walked away from me.

*Austin’s P.O.V.*

I am so dead, so incredibly dead. Yes I kissed Becca, she asked for a kiss and I didn’t hear from Krissy after a while, so I thought she just didn’t like the kiss. I don’t know, I have just been so confused about everything lately, I thought if I let loose a little I would feel better but I guess you can’t let loose if some of your friends go by “Instragramming this shit” game that Lucie and Krissy both made up. God, I know Krissy is fucking around here somewhere; I branched off from the group I was with so I could find her. I knew she was there because Mike was on stage and giving me the worst looks in the world making my heart pound even harder. Sierra and Mike have this really weird relationship, so while he was staring me down Sierra was following his stare to pin-point where I was, I knew it because they have done it a million times before in front of me. I can honestly say I am terrified, I have seen Sierra blow up on someone before and it was the scariest thing in the world. I thought she was seriously going to hurt him, so I am on red alert walking around the club.

“Austin Robert Carlile!” I heard someone yell and too my luck, I looked over and there she was Sierra, looking at me like a wild bull. I am so beyond screwed right now.

“S-Sierra, hey!” I tried to smile, but I could feel her trying to kill me with her mind.

“What is wrong with you?” She yelled as she grabbed my arm and dragged me to the back rooms. Not before giving Mike a wave, I swear their relationship scares me sometimes.

“I don’t know!” I moaned as I rubbed my face with my hands.

“Kissing Becca, AND having it instagrammed!” She yelled at me, as she pushed me against the wall not too rough, I knew Sierra couldn’t hurt me.

“Sierra, you know I didn’t mean too!” I tried to fight back,

“You know I actually thought you changed! That maybe you could actually get back out in the world, find a great girl but the no you find the most amazing girl and fuck it all up!” She yelled at me, she was pacing back and forth now throwing her hands in the air and just bugging out.

“Sierra those where way back when my wife left me!” I said back to her,

“Austin it’s been three fucking years, don’t you think it’s about time you stop breaking hearts and see what is going on in front of you before you lose something amazing! You know she is giving Vic a chance, do you fucking know what that means?” I stared at her; I didn’t have any words to say. I didn’t really understand what she was telling me. I slid down the wall a little bit, my heart was pounding and I needed to relax before my blood pressure went up to high and something serious could happen.

“Dammit Austin,” Sierra sighed, quickly going over to the closest soda machine and grabbing me a water bottle.

“Vic told Krissy how he really felt, and now she is giving him a chance” She sighed, she handed me the bottle.

“I really fucked this up didn’t I? I didn’t even know, Sierra I swear I was just trying to loosen up and you know how I am around the guys! You’ve partied with me!” I said as I tried to grab her by the shoulders so she could look at me.

“I know, Austin. I fucking know how you are! But this time is no excuse, you were doing so fucking well and you hurt her all because you were hanging with the guys!” I sighed and rubbed my face, I could tell there was no getting through to Sierra, and she was pissed.

“I’m sorry Sierra, I know I should’ve been thinking but I was just so caught up with everything I forgot I was trying to make things work with Krissy” I gave up, and just let her win this time.

“Maybe, it’s best if you stayed the fuck away from her Austin. It’s pretty obvious that you still break everything you touch” Sierra said, I could see the tears in her eyes. I tried to reach out and grab her hand but she was already toward the doors to the back stage.

Now Sierra is right, I do break everything I touch. She should know, before she met Mike; me and her dated and let’s just say drinking isn’t my best habit. Everything kind of went downhill after my wife cheated and left me, that stage where you kind of didn’t give a fuck about a relationship or anything and you basically hurt all the people that love you. After two years I gave all that up after a little scare with the group when I started to have pains in my chest again, then I met Krissy. When I first saw her, she was the most beautiful person in the room; I just couldn’t keep my eyes off her. Then I got to hug her, and I felt the blood rushing in my veins, and her smile brightened up the whole room and makes my heart skip a beat. When I kissed her, I could have sworn I saw stars and fireworks everywhere, it was amazing. Then Vic came into the picture, Alan warned me he had feelings for Krissy but I didn’t listen to him I kind of brushed it off like it was nothing. I should have listened now he’s going after Krissy, and I can’t do anything because I’m pretty sure she won’t even talk to me right now. I turned to look out into the club and I looked over at the bar and boy was I right there she was with Vic.

“Austin” I looked over my shoulder and saw Mike, he must have just gotten off stage.

“I know, it’s time for me to go” I sighed, as I walked out the back door.

*Krissy’s P.O.V.*

Ugh, this fucking sucks. Seriously, Sierra left me here, Austin is just a confusing jerk, Mike is just fucking killing it, and Vic,

“Vic!” I yelled as I jumped off the bar stool I was sitting at and attacking him with a hug.

“Krissy! I got Mike’s text, are you okay?” He asked,

“I’m fine, “I smiled at him, I couldn’t help but smile. I was so happy he was here; I just wanted to hug him to death he had saved my night from being so depressing and boring.

“You needed a superhero didn’t you?” He smiled as I hugged him again.

“You have no idea!” I smiled at him as I gave him a kiss on the cheek.

“Come on! Mike’s last song is coming up” I smiled as I dragged him to the front of the stage and watched Mike perform his last song, I could see how proud Vic looked of his little brother.  I looked over to where the back doors where, and I saw Austin. He looked back at me and shook his head; he looked like he was crying. There wasn’t anything I could do, he brought this upon himself he shouldn’t have kissed me if he was just going to go to a club and kiss some other girl.

The night went by pretty fast, it was just the four of us; just having a good time. Then we went back to Sierra’s for some late night coffee to cure our buzz.

“Will you lay with me tonight?” Vic asked, hugging me from behind and resting his head on my shoulder.

“Yeah, I don’t see why not” I smiled at him, and shrugged my shoulders. I have shared a bed with Vic before so I wasn’t a big deal, or maybe it was an air mattress with like two other people because camping really sucks when you have to sleep along.

I just had a really good day again today so I decided to give you two chapters tonight! Love you all
