A/N: Logan ^^ I love her *heart eyes*

~~~~~~
Outside seemed dull. The grey clouds cast the sun out, casting my mood with it too. I never asked to move to a whole new state. I never even asked to leave but what is done is done. My eyes cast out the car window into the car next to ours. There sat what looked like a boy my age with a red earphone hanging out of his ear. He had brown hair that was standing like a quiff, that's what people call it these days right? His eyes, not that I got a good look, were dark blue like the deep ocean. Cliché but it was true, and like every cliché story he was beautiful. His mouth moved as he talked to his mom and I couldn't help but watch them in awe, I knew we wouldn't be by them for long so I took as much in as I could. My mouth hung open in surprise when I noticed he had looked over at me and was doing the same.
Oh shit Logan, act natural. Don't let him see anything.
My body went stiff when I noticed he had pulled up a notebook and had wrote me a message.
'What's your name?' and with a smiling face he took it down and stared at me. I looked at my mom and saw she was to focused on the road to see anything, and by the looks of it we weren't going anywhere anytime soon. His car was slightly adjacent of mine but we could still see each other perfectly clear. Digging frantically for a sheet of paper and a pen I scribbled a quick response.
'Logan. And yours?' I put it up to the window and the boy squinted his eyes reading my response before scribbling an answer of his own. I watched as his hand moved fluently across the paper, the ink sprawling the perfect distance onto the paper.
'Tanner'  While reading I noticed the car start to accelerate, my hand went to the window and my eyes locked with the beautiful boy's next to me. Like mine his hand was against the window and the window began to fog up with his breath, and as we began to speed away I rested my head on the window with a sigh. I really wish I had the time to scribble down my number, but both me and my conscious knew he would ever go for a girl like me. He would probably go for a girl like Rachael McDavidson, unlike me she was beautiful and a cheerleader. She was a two-faced brat though, I can't help but be jealous because she always got what she wanted...
One being, me being the outcast no one talked to, it was a social suicide at my old school. Never knew why but from the day I met Rachael she held a grudge over me. Some said it was because I was prettier than her but she sure as hell made sure no one tried talking to me. A soft voice broke me out of my daze.
"Honey are you okay? You seem a bit... dazed"
The burning in my eyes told me that the years of all the walls holding back the water works was about to break free. "Yes mom." I gave a curt nod and leaned my head against the window again, slipping headphones into my ears with a heavy sigh. Sleep seemed to consume me as the soft music flowed through my ears.
