chapter 11

Sammy's POV

I have to admit I have a huge crush on Brooke but Hayes is like another brother to me so I can't do that to him. I'll always be there for her like she was there for me when my mom died. I looked over at Brooke and she looked so peaceful with her headphones in and listening to ' Could you be the one?'  by ME!!! I find it cute how she can't go without my music. At the last magcon event we went to I over heard her signing ' Aye Ma' in the shower. " Hey Cameron, do you know the room arrangements at the hotel yet?" I always wanted to share a room with either Brooke or the Jacks. " No but we will find out tomorrow when we meet all of the other guys at the airport in Dallas, Texas" I smiled back and a million thoughts went through my head about me leaving my family back in Nebraska.

Hayes POV

After 2 hours of driving we finally got home. I was so glad to be home. Brooke had went up to her room to finish some last minute packing she had to do so I decided to pay her a visit. " Hey babe" I walked in and took  a seat next to her on the bed. " Hey Hayes, what's up" she seemed like nothing happened. Half of me was telling me to talk to her about it but then the other half was telling me to just put it in the past and never talk about again. " Wanna go for a walk" I wanted to show her how much she means to me without any people barging in on us talking about our summer and what we want to do. "Sure let me change my shoes and I'll be down in  5"

Brookes POV

I changed my shoes and walked downstairs. I grabbed Hayes hand and we walked out the door. We walked around the neighborhood for about 1 hour till I felt something hit my head.. the last thing I saw was Hayes dialing 911 I think.

Hayes POV

We went for a walk then on our way to the house something hit her in the head. I dialed 911 and called Cameron and told him what happened. When I got off the phone with Cam the ambulance came and took me and Brooke to the hospital. Cameron came running through the door as soon as he saw how awful Brooke looked he bursted into tears and fell to his knees sobbing.  I started to cry then the nurse said that I had to leave and wait in the waiting room while they took tests and all that other stuff.

Cameron's POV

When I got the call from Hayes I got all broken inside that I started to cry. Nash and Sammy came running down the steps along with Daniel. I told then what happened and we all ran to the car and I sped to the hospital. As soon as all 3 of us guys saw how awful she looked Sam and I bursted into tears I could barley control myself.  I can't loose my baby sister I just can't. After waiting for the doctors to tell us anything wrong with her I just kept crying. " Brooklynn Dallas" I walked over to the doctor and she lead me to the conference room. She told me that Brooke is going to be ok but she won't be going home until she wakes up and admits she's 100% better and that they can tell she's ready. I politely shook my head and walked out and to the waiting room. All the guys that were going on tour were there because they all landed earlier and they hear what happed. Matt was holding a dozen of roses and Carter was holding a teddy bear that says ' get beary well'. I loved how their relationship is and I have to admit I regret letting Hayes date Brooke. He always gets jelous like when we got Sammy, the Jacks, and Daniel from the airport he went back to the car when he saw Brooke hugging them like she hugs him. I shook it all off and explained to them what happened and Sammy bursted again along with Matt, Me and Daniel. I was shocked that Hayes didn't start to cry harder but he's younger and doesn't know what to do. I give him credit for saving her because the doctor said she's lucky Hayes called fast because her head was seriously hurt.

Brooke's POV

I tried so hard to wake up because I hear Matt and everyone else in my room either crying or trying not to cry. I tried as hard as I could until it finally worked. I opened my eyes! " Cameron is that you" he ran over to the side of the bed and told Sammy to go get the nurse. " How are you feeling sis" he asked looking happier then he sounded earlier when I was trying to wake up. " I'm good just a little headache.. Can I go home" I was hoping for a yes. " Let me check with the nurse and see what we can do so we don't miss our flights" He walked out to find the doctor and then Matt came up to the side of the bed holding a dozen of roses. " Awe matt you didn't have to get me those" I said smiling at how he acts like a brother to me. " Oh yes I did, I'm so happy your ok" He kissed my forehead and let Hayes come up. " Hey guys can I talk to Hayes alone please" They all nodded and walked out of the room. " Hayes I'm sorry for everything that happened at the airport. I guess I just got a little carried away with getting to spend the whole summer with most of the amazing people ever" I started to cry. " It's ok.. I would have done the same exact thing. I guess I just made it look like a big deal" He leaned in and so did I and the next thing you know we kissed for the first time but that won't be counted as our actual first kiss.
