Chapter 6: It's about time.

A/N: The author (me) has finally come up with a legitimate solution! Last chapter (minus the proposal) was a dream *tiny gasp* Owen's idea of what COULD HAVE happened IF lowery HAD in fact not gotten his heart fixed

(turns out it was not cardiac arrest but a heart failure)

Don't you just love when 'it was all a dream'

cause I don't and I feel like it was an illegitimate solution, but I just COULDNT take myself to screw with the plot that much, well I did a little so... eh, but sorry about this whole little nutty all 'dream' thing it's probably a little confusing. PLEASE COMMENT OPINONS, COMMENTARY, ANYTHING, LIKE, I WILL RESPOND EVENTUALLY TO EVERY SINGLE COMMENT. IT MATTERS TO ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK,

QUESTION FOR THIS CHAPTER: What was your favorite chapter out of both books (so far) as for how it was written, would you like me to take more time on my chapters and write them longer, and more detailed? or do you like this style, quick chapters about a thousand words or so or two thousands or so?

I liked the part where you did the experiment 626 thing from stitch (chapter 1 book 1)

Owen paced in the waiting room, having been contemplating what could have happened if Lowery would have died, the ending he had enjoyed, however, the beginning, not so much.

"Mr.. uh..." The nurse raised an eyebrow.

"Grady. Mr. Grady." Owen rolled his eyes, and walked into the room, pushing the door open.

"No- sir- please don't-"

Lowery laid on the hospital bed, and was breathing lightly, an incision scar on his chest.

"Open... heart... surgery?" Owen whirled around.

"It was.. very successful sir, as I told you last month. He's just sleeping, and.. should go home today." She said, looking at his papers.

Owen was clearly one of the more intimidating people this woman had previously had to interact with.

"Shut up, and go away, before I get angry." the woman scuttled away and Aspen approached carefully, glancing at the ring on her finger.

"So... he's.. not.. dead?" Aspen asked, taking Lowery's hand, and he startled.

"My god, what!" lowery sounded annoyed.

"You're going home, kiddo." Owen raised his eyebrows.

"Oh i thought you were another stupid nurse. And I have no where to go, I literally lived at the park-"

"Hotel."

"Oh."

Owen paused, and Mary walked in.
