Memories

~right boy is yuki left boy is black when they where younger~

I walked in steins lab with him trailing behind me.
"Is it still in the same place?" I asked as I looked around and took in the surroundings, I looked up and saw him nod. My eyes widen as I made my way to a back room and opened the door. I was meet with a room with a queen sized bed to one side of the room. The sheets where like the outsides of steins house, I sat down in the edge of the bed and picked up my old bear. The bear was a pitch black with an eyepatch and an x as an eye and a few stitches around its body. I smiled to myself, I took in a breath of the old scent of my room.

"It hasn't changed a bit." I chuckled to myself. Stein nodded and ruffled my hair as he sat down next to me.

"I've kept it like this ever since the day I heard that...that your parents died..and everyone thought you guys died to.." Stein looked away and twisted his bolt.

"Everyday I waited in the living room or in front of the door..." There was a slight pause as he took in a breath. "I waited for the two twins to come running up to me and hug me...l..like old times."

I was about to look up at stein but was suddenly pushed down and hugged tightly by stein. "I waited forever I never gave up...no one did" I hugged stein back and let my bear roll off the side of the bed, then I felt a sudden pain in my head my grip on stein loosened.

"S..stein I don't feel very well" stein pulled away, and while I was looking at him my vision got blurry. I could tell he was yelling something but I couldn't here him, and soon my vision turned to darkness.

~flashback~
I was walking behind my parents while I was holding yuki hand tightly. I watched as they knocked on a door the door was covered in a assortments of greys and blacks with stitches.

"Black were are we?" Yuki asked me I looked up and saw the door open my eyes immediately lit up.

"STEIN!" I let go of yuki's hand and ran to stein I wrapped my arms around his waist, and let go of him as I felt him pick me up. I smiled and wrapped my arms around his neck as he put me on his shoulder, and he ruffled my hair.

Stein chuckled as he let the cigarette hang out of his mouth. "How are my little twins?" He asked me and yuki I nodded my head as he put me down.

"We're fine stein" we both said in unison as we smiled.Are stomachs rumbled as me and yuki looked at each other with a blush of embarrassment.

"Boys why don't you go play outside while me and your mother talk with stein." Are dad Nathan asked and we nodded as yuki grabbed my hand and we walked out. When we were outside we began to play with each other.

"Black forma iudicose" (black scythe form) my brother called as I landed in his arms while I changed into form. He began to practice by swinging me and using me to block things.

"RAVEN NATHAN YOU KNOW WHAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN!!" We looked up when we heard stein yell are parents were barley walking out. Our dad sighed and said something that I couldn't quite here.

" black yuki relaxatis" (black yuki lets go) are dad said to us and we nodded, I ran over to dad and held onto his hand while yuki held our moms hand.

I looked over my shoulder to look at stein I waved at him and smiled, when he saw me he immediately gave me a smile.

Now I remember that was the last time I saw stein before they killed our parents.

"MOM! DAD!" I screamed in horror as I watched two scientists hurt my parents. I covered yuki's eyes as I tried to reach out to them with my free hand.

"Black" my dad called my name he looked at me and gave me a weak smile.
"Yuki" I uncovered his eyes as our mom called his name and gave him a smile we were both in tears.

"We love you" are parents said in unison are eyes went wide when we realized those were the last words.

"We love you to!" We screamed and began to run while scientists trailed behind us. When we were outside we looked at our manor it was in flames I looked down and clenched my fist, yuki looked at me.

"Brother what do we do now" yuki asked me I looked up with a straight face.

"We're leaving" I picked yuki up and put him on my back as we walked deeper into the forest and until are manor was nowhere to be seen.
A few hours later scientists caught up to us and took us by force my vision got blurry as I heard yuki scream and darkness enveloped me.

~end of flashback~

I woke up to sweat going down my forehead and back, I looked around and found myself on my old bed I sighed in relief.

-STEIN-

When I looked at black sleeping I smiled to myself and moved some of his bangs out of the way. I left the room soon after and listened to blacks breathing it was ragged so he was having a nightmare. I sighed and lit a cigarette and let it hang in my mouth. I had picked up his old bear and held it. I smiled to myself as memories played in my mind like a black and white movie. I put down the bear and put out my cigarette. I opened the door and saw black sitting up and rubbing his tired eyes. I chuckled and sat by him on the bed.

"You okay now black?" I asked him and messed with the covers.

"Yeah I'm fine just my head hurts a little bit." Black looked down as his bangs covered his face. "I had a nightmare again" he barley whispered, I nodded and brought him into my lap and messed with his hair as he fixed my bolt.

"It's ok no one will take you I'm here and I won't let anyone get ahold of you." I replied as I buried my head in his pitch black hair and sniffed it lightly as he giggled.

"Just like old times" black said he looked at the clock and sighed he got up and fixed his hair and suit. "Well I should go back to the manor but I'll see you tomorrow at school." I nodded and he waved bye and walked out of the room. I got up and lead him out.

We said are goodbyes and I watched him leave and wander the streets of death city.
