Her first assignment -
After the long year of training she took in nanda parbat, Sara was finally ready for field action. Not only had her skills been honed throughout that year, but her relationship with Nyssa was getting stronger by the day.
Since she was overly protective of Sara, Nyssa insisted she watched over Sara on her first assignment, a luxury many assassins never had.Unluckily, the newly appointed assassin was assigned to kill a traveling prime minister in Algiers, but he would be heavily guarded at all times, yet she had one of the most deadly assassins in the world at her side, fortunately.
Sara and Nyssa sat directly next to one another on the first class plane to Algiers, the league had connections everywhere.
The plane ride was a long one, but that only gave the two lovers more time to spend together.
Nyssa was cuddling Sara as her head was nudged against the blonde's shoulder, but Sara wasn't as relaxed. This was her first kill, and she knew there was no backing down. Not in the league. As many hours had passed and as many plans and preparations were made, Sara suited up, black mask, blonde wig, corset and leather pants. // at this time, Nyssa hadn't given the jacket to Sara as a gift \\
She sat gripping the staff, going over to plan to breach his hotel suite, and kill him.
She looked out at the pale moon, knowing that by the time the sun rose, she will have lost a part of her soul.It chilled Sara that Nyssa was so calm, even smiling occasionally.
As they neared the hotel, Nyssa pulled her bow, eloquently knocking an arrow on the string as she took out a man guarding the roof, leaving Sara to sprint to the nearest wall, climbing up it quickly as she looked down the roof escape, the blonde hurrying down as Nyssa cleared the perimeter.
It was pretty silent, Sara only ran into one guard , but she ended up knocking him out with her staff, creeping to the bedroom where she found her target sleeping.
She stood there for minutes with the blade in her hand, shaking nervously as she remembered her vows. The sun was close to rising as dawn approached, so she had to move fast. Sara crept over to him, sliding the blade across his throat quickly as the man bled to death.
That image would never leave her head.
Sara heard the guards crashing footsteps along the stairs as she leapt from the two story building, rolling her ankle as she heard shouting, and then the most horrifying noise.
The scream of the prime minister's children.
Sara ran for what she felt like was days until she made it back to the safe house, a completely cool and collected Nyssa sitting on the couch "what took you so long?" She said.
Sara wanted to throw up.
All the should think about on the plane ride back was the horrible sight, and the screams of his children, they'd grow up just as scarred as she.
Later that night in nanda parbat, Nyssa lay, waiting for her lover with a small package. Sara had walked in to the room after filing her report to ra's himself, although displeased, at least he didn't kill her.
Sara sat on the bed as she took off her disguise and boots "what's that?" The curious blonde asked, as her girlfriend stood up, unwrapping the item "it is a gift, seeing the way you handle in combat, the way you flee, I shall call you тa-er al-ѕaнғer" Nyssa said, presenting the leather jacket to Sara
"What does that mean?"
