Best Mistake

Hiiii!!! Okay so in this one they're all human! Sadly, but something like this actually happened last weekend sooo it inspired me. I know it's been long and I apologize in advance because it's a short chapter and it's terrible because I'm really rusty right now I haven't written anything in a while so yeah. I hope you enjoy. These characters belong to Rick Riordan.

A groan escapes my mouth, I blink the sleep out of my eyes. I wince at how bright it is, my head pounds and I feel so nauseous. As I try get up someone tugs me down, what? I look over and realize I'm in Percy's arms... I'm in Percy's arms?!?!? Oh Gods no!! This has to be a mistake! Yeah a mistake. What happened? His eyes open and he groans too, he notices the situation and jumps back from me, his sea green eyes wide with confusion. His cheeks go a deep shade of red, I look Down and notice our lack of clothes. I shriek and pull the sheet over my exposed chest, in the process I push him of the bed. He scrambles around putting on his boxers and jeans. Thalia pops her head in the bedroom, she smirks completely amused.
"I hope you guys used protection. And next time please don't be so loud."
Her voice is full of humour and her electric eyes are taunting. We both glare, but our cheeks are so red.
"Shut up Thalia! Get out!" Orders Percy, she laughs and closes the door. I clutch the sheet tighter glancing over at Percy, he's still blushing hard.
"Can you uhm turn around for a second, please?", my voice is quiet but still calm, he only nods facing the opposite way. I scramble around looking for my clothes, I soon find my bra and panties and slip into my skinny jeans and grey sweatshirt.
"So do you remember what happened?" I question once I'm fully dressed, Percy turns around looking kind of... pleased? He's still not wearing a shirt which causes my ears to heat up.
"Uhm I wish I could, all I remember is playing never have I ever with everyone and after that it's blank." His voice is still husky from sleep causing butterflies to crazy in my stomach. I nod trying to think hard, but with the bad headache it's hard to concentrate. Percy seems to be feeling the same way because he pulls out a bottle of aspirin from one of his dresser drawers and hands me two, he disappears out of his room coming back with two bottles of water. He smiles sweetly at me, I pop the two pills in my mouth and take a drink of water, letting it slide down my throat.
"Thanks. I'm not sure if we should try figure out what happened or if we should just ask everyone else."
My voice sounds better, not so raspy now that I've had water. Percy only shrugs looking relaxed,
"I'm to tired to try let's just go."
He laces his fingers with mine pulling me down to his living with him. Heat rushes to my cheeks, but I don't let go. Sitting on the couch is Frank, Hazel and Reyna. They're just watching a movie, Hazel and Frank snuggling together at one end and Reyna awkwardly sitting at the other end. Thalia is on the recliner texting away on her phone, probably Luke who couldn't make because he has some special job to do for his dad later on today. Eating breakfast at the table is Jason, Piper, Rachel, Grover, Juniper, Leo and Nico sitting in his lap because there's no more chairs. Leo grins when he sees us and our linked hands,
"Finally done? Damn and I thought Nico could be loud."; Nico blushes and smacks Leo upside the head. Leo only laughs and kisses his boyfriend,
"You have to give us details later Annabeth!" Piper speaks up, and all the girls agree. I roll my eyes but don't say anything, Percy looks around his apartment, it's a mess. Cans, bottles and cups lay everywhere; it still faintly smells of weed and cigarettes.
"You guys are so lucky my mom and Paul don't get back until next Sunday are we'd all be dead."
His voice was firm and full of annoyance, I squeeze his hand gently hoping it'd calm him down a little. Percy faces me giving a ghost of a smile,
"Yeah whatever, I'll just have one of my dads maids come in and clean it up. Don't worry."
Piper's reassuring voice could calm anyone. Percy only rolled his beautiful sea green eyes but didn't comment, until now I've never even seen Percy this way; I've only seen him as my best friend. I guess it should've clicked in a couple months ago when he got with Rachel, it always annoyed me when they were together; but they quickly figured out it wouldn't work and broke up a month later. Now I know why I didn't like the idea of Percy with her,
"Okay I'm just going to go straight to the point here. What happened last night."
I blurt out unintentionally. Everyone grins at each,
"We were all sick of you two flirting and being all awkward with each other, and not getting together. We thought you'd just make out or confess and hope one of you would remember in the morning, we didn't intended on you guys actually having sex." Thalia states bluntly, she doesn't even take her sky blue eyes away from her phone. This causes us to blush, and Hazel to fan her face, I glare my hardest at her feeling slightly annoyed they couldn't wait for us to figure it ourselves. Thalia must have felt my eyes on her because she grins over at me,
"Don't look at me like that Annie it wasn't my idea. It was Leo's."
Leo yelps looking a little scared.
"I did not! Piper suggested it!" He point accusingly at Piper, She giggles grabbing Jason's hand.
"Well since Ananbeth is stubborn and Percy is so oblivious we thought you guys needed a little push. And I couldn't help myself, you guys know how my mother is." Her last statement was said with distaste.
"Okay. We need to talk. Now." Percy states in a way that I don't have an option. He drags me back into his room, once we get there her closes the door behind him and faces me looking a little nervous.
"I'm going to talk and you don't have to say anything and if you don't feel the same way, please don't let things change between us because you're a person I never wants to lose. The thing is Annabeth, I like you, a lot. I've been feeling this way for a while now, whenever I'm around you I feel so alive and real, my heart basically beats out of my chest. I love everything about you, the way your blonde curly hair falls, the face you make when you try figure something out, you get this cute crease between your eyebrows, I love how your face lights up when you talk about architecture, I think you're so adorable when you get all competitive and mostly I like your smile whenever I'm being a Sweaweed Brain." His little speech caused me to melt, I step closer to him wrapping my arms around his neck and pulling him closer to my face.
"I like you to Percy." Is the only thing I can manage to breathe out, there's so much I want to say but it's hard the think when I can feel Percy's warm hands on my hips. One hand stays on my hip the other tilts my chin up so he can properly kiss me, it's a slow, sweet passionate kiss. A loud screech stops our beautiful moment,
"PERSEUS JACKSON!!!! You're so grounded!!" Yells Sally from down stairs.
