It's moving day and I'm at Tasha's hanging out until my dad calls and says we're about to leave. I'm all packed and ready to go. I'm a little nervous about meeting new friends and a new school but I know it will be fine. "Come on Meg,!" Dad calls. Tasha and I hug and say our goodbyes and then I'm off to DC. Hours have passed and we have now arrived and I'm overwhelmed at how big the house is. My room is black and turquoise with one black and white striped wall. My bed spread is black and white with a gold heart. I'm ready to decorate! It takes me at least 6 hours to decorate and unpack most of my stuff and now it is like 8:00 pm. I finally go downstairs to eat dinner and then I get ready for bed. Tomorrow is school shopping day and more unpacking day.
A/N: Again, I'm sorry it is so short but the first couple of chapters are gonna be short. The next chapter, I PROMISE, will be longer. I hope you guys read this book and like it as much as I do. Picture above is a part of her room decorations.
