Chapter 5 My roomate is a guy?!

Dev's P.oV
After the little insident in the living room, we all went to the dining room to eat, I sat by my dad and another guy. Dr. Smily, he was a little cute but he would have been hot without all the blood. We ate dinner and had ice cream cake, which is my favorite in the whole world, after dinner we went into the living to see a ballet box in the middle of the room. I had asked dad why there was a ballot box in the room.
" Why child, my mansion may be big, but not big enough for everyone to have their own rooms. So the whole family is going to write their names on a piece of paper, then they will be randomly drawn to who is your roommate." Just like father said everyone wrote their names and put them in the ballot box. Father put his hand in and pulled a name out.
Jeff's P.oV
Wow, I didn't know Devon was that powerful, I want her to be my roommate, so one I can give her my gift and two talk to her. I really wanted to know why she went from cool Devon to an insane beast, I wonder if it's Slenderman genes at work, because if that's true. She would be true member of the family because she has pure pasta blood running through her veins, that just adds to the list why she is so......beautiful.

Now I really want Devon as my soulmate, she is magnificent and deadly which is the best combination in the whole world. I wait anxiously for my name to be picked out of the ballet, I swear to god if Jeff gets her I will go bonkers. I wonder what she was thinking when she attacked Hoodie and Maskey, she looked like she was about to kill them, she is the daughter of Slenderman so maybe it's his genes in her where activated.

Devon's P.oV
Dad opened the piece of paper and read out the name.
" The person who will be my daughters roommate is.........me."
LJ and Jeff where dumbfounded and shocked, I thought it was funny because I knew father wouldn't let me room with one of the guys. I heard a chuckle and I looked up to see my dad laughing and nodding his head.
" Yes your quiet correct Devon, tell everyone why I said I was your roommate."
He said while I nodded my head no, I really wasn't the type to speak my mind in front of others, dad picked me up and made me stand up. I gulped and finally said it in the shyest I could.
" Well I thought that both Jeffs and LJs reactions to my dads answer was funny, because being a dad, he wouldn't let his little girl sleep in the same room as a guy, am I right."
I looked up at dad and he nodded, then he explained to everyone about how I am just like him. After everyone had gone to their rooms, he lead me up to his room and the guys where carrying the boxes and bags. I carried my Xbox and suitcase, when dad opened the door to his room, it was big and it almost reminded me of a library, then he walked to another door at the end of the room.
" Here is your room, painted and furnished your bed has your bedding on it already, so all you have to do is unpack and organize."
Dad said and he opened the door, I almost dropped my Xbox and fumbled to catch it again, the room was twice the size of dads. The walls were painted black and there was a huge sliding glass door with a balcony, to the one end of the room there was a huge TV with a DVDs and video games in a TV stand, there was red,white and black carpet covering the whole floor. There was black couches, chairs with white pillows on them, inceiling lights all over, next to the glass door was a double screen computer and a few feet away from that was double doors.
" No way." I said while place my stuff on the floor and raced to the double doors and ripped them open, in it was a walk in closet and it was huge, I walk out to see my father, Jeff and LJ staring at me like I was crazy.
" There's also I built in bathroom, sweetie." My father explained and my jaw dropped and ran to the other door by the Tv, one word..fancy, the tiles where black and the shower was white with red towels hanging on the out side, and the sink was just beautiful. I came out of the bathroom and ran up to my bed and jumped as high as I could to give my dad an actual hug, when I did I could tell I hugged a little too hard because I could hear a pop in his back.
"Ouch but wow that knot in my back for a month is gone, thank you darling." Father said and I blushed because I was never called darling by a man before. This was going to be a great start to a new life, I was starting to unpack when I heard a knock at the door, I turn to see Jeff with the black gift bag he had at the mall.
" Hey Jeff what do you got in there?" I ask, but I knew already what it was, and for him to get it was so very sweet of him to do.
" Yeah, well I thought of getting you a welcome gift, and at the mall you look like you really wanted this. So here." He said while looking away and acting like he didn't care, normal Jeffery,as he handed me the bag, I took a quick look inside and my eyes went wide, I ran up to him and hugged him he was shocked but hugged back.
" I regret a little about my roommate being my father." I say walking back to the boxes and Jeff looks at me questionablely.
" Because I hope I it was you, because your great like that!" I say with a closed eye smile, I heard him say bye and walked away, so my roommate is a guy?!
A/N: so Jeffery is putting on that tough guy act, we'll also I wanted u guys to get a picture of what dev's room looked like.
