"Effie, do you know whats for lunch today?"
"Actually Prim, now that i think about it, i dont know what it will be. How bout we go check?"
"Sounds good!"
"It looks like we are having vegetable soup with some bread today" says Effie
"Vegetable soup is one of Katniss' favorites! Effie, lets see if we can bring some to the hospital for her!" Prim says excitedly.
"Look Prim, President Coin is coming over to us. She looks concerned about something."
President Coin reaches their table
"Hello Prim, Effie! Do you guys mind having lunch in my office so we can decide how to help Katniss?"
"Sure, i dont mind at all." Says prim, who looks over at effie who shakes her head in agreement.
5 minutes later in Coin's office -
"Ladies, please make yourselves comfortable" announces coin.
"We all know that Katniss has severe depression" - coin
"Correct" - prim
"Would a therapist help her? Let her tell someone what she feels or explain what she saw? Sometimes when people explain an event to another person they feel more understood and then they can be helped better." - effie
"I dont think that kind of therapy will help Katniss. Prim, you know her better than anyone. Do you know of any way we can help her possibly get happier or become more relaxed? - coin
"Well, i possibly know but i cant say for sure until i see what her surroundings are like. Can we go visit her for abit?" - prim
"Sure we can! If it will help you to help us figure out how to help your sister out, certainly" - coin
"Meet in the hangar in 10 minutes! We will take a hovercraft. Much faster than taking a train" - coin

In the hangar:
"Ok, you two all ready?" - coin
"Yes maam!" - prim
"Effie, you dont need to wear high heels to see Katniss." - coin
"I know, but i knew we had to meet here in 10 so i just grabbed the first shoes i saw" - coin
"Ha" - prim with a small snicker
"Ok, here we go! Take a seat and buckle up! Its only 10 minutes away by hovercraft but rather be safe than sorry" - coin
"True" says prim as the hovercraft lifts off the ground and heads off.
