While I walked away from the building I heard the P.A. System go off.

"Nathan Prescott, please report to the principal's office immediately."

I cringe a bit. But I shrug it off. I kept walking and found a missing persons poster. I bent down and picked up the poster. It read:

"Rachel Amber.... She looks so hopeful and pretty... I wonder what happened to her," I thought to myself. I set the poster back on the ground and walked to the water fountain in the front of the building and sit on the edge of it. " This day has been so insane... everything is happening too fast... and none of it makes any sense.... the visions... this power. I keep expecting to wake up one more time. But if this is a dream, then I'm not asleep . Which means I some how I DID rewind time. There has to be a reason...and I have to find out why," I think to myself. I suddenly get a text from my best friend, Warren.

"Hey! I need that flash drive I gave you. It has my science notes on it still. Anyways, can you meet me in the parking lot and give it to me there?" the text reads.

"Yes, of course! Let me go get it from my dorm real quick. I'll be there in a few minutes :) ," I reply.

Still admiring my surroundings, I get up and walk to the girl's dormatories. I get to the steps and see Victoria and her posse sitting on the steps in front of the doors.

"Oh look, it's Max Caulfield," Victoria says as she stands up and walks around me. "What a lame gimmick. Even Mark- Mr. Jefferson- falls for your waif hipster crap. 'The Daguerreian Process, Sir!' You could barely even say that. I guess you got your meds filled. Well, since you know all the answers, I guess you'll have to find another way into the dorm. We ain't moving." She says sitting back onto the stone steps. "Oh wait! Hold that pose," she pulls out her phone and takes a photograph of me. "So original. Don't worry, Max, I'll put a vintage filter on it right before I post it all over social medias."

I walk away without saying a word. "I need to find a way to get Victoria out of the way," I say in my head. I look around and she that Samuel, the janitor, left the room to the supply closet open. I walk in and see the switch for the water pressure in the sprinklers. I flipped the switch and the water pressure went up. I ran outside just in time to see Victoria and her friends get sprayed with water.

"What the heck?" screams Victoria. "Are you kidding? Look at this!"

"Chill, Victoria, it's just water," one of her friends tell her, while going to put her hand on her shoulder. But Victoria pushed her away.

"Yeah, water on my cashmere! Do you know how much this outfit cost?!"

"You look...great," another friend says.

"I can't even chill on the steps!"

Victoria and her friends are now standing on the steps, but they are still in the way. I look around for a way to get them to move again. Maybe actually out of the way this time. I look next to the steps and see a bucket of white paint. I look around to see if anyone is watching, no one is. But Samuel is coming to start painting the windows, so I have to hurry. I tamper with the handle of the bucket and then walk away from it as if I didn't do a thing. Samuel then picks up the bucket and heads up the ladder which is next to the steps. He hangs the bucket on a metal pipe, then starts painting. I thought it didn't work at first but then I heard a squeak. The buckets handle broke which sent paint bucket falling to the ground. When it hit the ground it splashed Victoria with gooey, white paint.

"No way! No freaking way!" Victoria screeches.

"Are you okay, Victoria?" Her friend questions.

Samuel climbs down the ladder and says, " Ol' Samuel is sorry. Wet paint is not good for hair, nope. Sorry."

"Get away from me weirdo!" says Victoria

"Hold on, hold on, we'll get  some towels... We'll be right back!" Says Victoria's friends as they run into the dorm.

"So hurry up, before I dry!" Victoria says while sitting back on the steps, while looking down shamefully.

"It worked!" I say in my head, "Don't mess with Max!" I start walking towards the doors, but Victoria is still there.

"Uh.. Hey Victoria."

"What do you want, Max?"

I think to myself for a second... Should I make fun of her? Or comfort her?

"I am sorry. That's an awesome cashmere coat..."

"It was. But there will be another."

"Well, you always seem to know how to pick the right outfits."

"I do have some talent. Mr. Jefferson told me-"

"I've seen your pictures. You have a great eye very Richard Avedon-esque."

"He's one of my heroes... Thanks, Max... I hope they get me a towel before someone hangs a sign on me..." Victoria says while pulling out her phone. "You deserve a better shot. Sorry, about blocking you.."

"That was mean... but pretty funny."

"Just one of those days, you know?"

"I know exactly what you mean, Victoria. I'll see you later."

" Au revoir," says Victoria as she moves out of the way of the door.

I open the door and walk into the dorm. Victoria's friends run pass me while one says, "Victoria is going to be pissed we took so long." I kept walking to my room and open the door. My walls are covered in pictures I have taken. I have a variety of pictures, from ones of me and my parents, to pictures of me as a young teenager. Maybe even younger. I glance over to see a picture of me and my best friend, Chloe. We were both so young. We look so alike in this picture, both of us has the short dark brown hair. Except, hers was a bit longer. We also both had the same blue eyes and the same light tan skin. Anyways, we used to be best friends before I moved five years ago. I'm going to have to call her eventually and catch up.

"Focus, Max. You need to get that flash drive to Warren," I say walking over to my laptop, which is resting on my desk. "Huh? What's this? It appears Dana left me a little post-it note." It read:

"Hey girl, I borrowed your flash drive so I can watch some shows while I study. If you need it back, you will find me in my room. XOXO D."

"Great. Now I have to get the flash drive from Dana's room," I sighed. I walked out of my dorm and down the hall to Dana's.

"You can't get out now, Dana so tell me the truth or rot in there," says Juliet, one of Dana's best friends, as she locks Dana in her room.

"Welcome to the real drama queens of Blackwell.." I say to myself.

"Let me out, Juliet, this is stupid!!" says Dana through the closed door.

"Hey, Juliet, is everything cool?"

"Oh, yes, Max, I've locked Dana in the room because we're 'cool'."

"What did she do?"

"What didn't she do? Dana has been sexting my boyfriend."

"Ouch. How did you find out?"

"Uh, why do you even care? Why are you even asking me? You never talk, just zone out with your camera."

"That's why I'm talking to you now."

"What's my last name, Max?"

"Juliet Watson. Duh."

"I'm flattered. I didn't even think you knew my name at all."

"Of course I do. Just because I don't talk a lot doesn't mean I don't care. So, how did you find out them?"

"According to Victoria, Dana would do anything to date a quarterback."

"According to Victoria? ...Hmmm..."
