We open the scene with the leader (well, former leader) of the Skull Saders running for his life. Earlier, he was at an underground bar that welcomed storm riders even if they were underage. He was about to be kicked out for refusing to pay the bills, and the waitress mocked him before calling security. But Magaki wasn't a chump, he beat up both of the security guards and was about to rape the waitress, luckily, someone was there to stop them and chased him into an alleyway.
