(The story will switch between the perspectives of the two main characters, Sam and Peyton)

Peyton:
I looked out my window to see what the weather was like.  I went downstairs and found my foster mom making dinner. Yup, my foster mom.  My birth mom left me when i was five.  Foster Mom #5 had a son, too. He had just come downstairs.  He showed me his laptop and said
"I had no idea you were on YouTube! And to put your account under a fake name, thats smart."
I asked him:
"Why are you suddenly not being a jackass, and what the hell are you talking about?"
He showed me the account.  SamRiv17 was her username, and on her channel there was all kinds of videos of her and her friends. I clicked on one, and found that it was a video of her and her friends pranking innocent bystanders.  It was weird, but kind of entertaining, so i clicked on another.  All of the videos were pranks, sometimes on each other, but mostly on other classmates or random people.  The onlg thing that was off was that she looked exactly like me.
I turned to Foster Mom #5's son.
"This isn't me, you idiot.  I literally have no clue who these girls are. Plus, most of these were filmed in Brookhaven, thats almost an hour away."
"So you don't know this girl,"
he asked slowly and dumbly, pointing to the girl who looked just like me.
"Never seen her in my life"
"Uh, except when you look in the mirror."
I was fed up so i got up and left.  K sat at my desk and opened my banged up three year old laptop and logged into my instagram.  I looked up SamRiv17.  She had about 90 posts and a little over a thousand followers.  I opened up a direct message.

Sam:
My phone chimed. One new direct message from    Peyton.v.51.  I clicked on it and it said:
Hey, I'm Peyton.  I saw your YouTube channel and you look just like me.  I think we could be twins.  Were you by any chance adopted?
I typed:
Yeah, i am adopted! This is really cool. We should meet up! I see you live in Indiana, so how about this diner thats practically the halfway mark, Sally's?
Instant reply:
     Sounds great! See you there!

Peyton:
I grabbed my phone, car keys, and wallet, and left a note on the fridge explaining that I'd be back soon.  I practically ran to my car and after a 20 minute drive, i pulled into a parking space.

Sam:
Two strong hands grabbed me an  threw me to the ground.  The locket i always wore twisted around my neck.  Everything went black.

Peyton:
I walked into the diner and and sat down in a booth.  I took my phone out of my pocket and looked at the time. 7:22, i was a little early but i was surprised Sam wasn't here yet.  I opened up the menu, and a piece of paper fell out.  I looked closer and realized it was a photograph.  It was a Polaroid, and it looked like the profile picture on Sam's Instagram page.  Her long dark hair was curled, and she was wearing a tiffany blue off the shoulder top and white shorts. She looked tan, like she had just gotten back from a vacation.  There was something written across the photo in red marker:
