I was seating at my aunts dining room eating some kind of weird but yet yummy soup that Dillion had made for me. The walk from the neighborhood was silent, but once we arrived at the house I took a shower and changed, Dillion had stayed to prepare me something to eat. We ignored the fact of are previews fight and talked like nothing had happened.
" Do you need a ride to school tomorrow? " he asked
" Sure..if there's no other option " I say as I take a spoonful of soup. " Are you sure you cooked this? " I asked again.
" Who else would cook it? " he asked as he grabbed a glass of orange juice and handed it to me.
" Maybe Linda cooked it? "
" It's her day off, okay? "
" I know but this just taste to good for you to have cooked it " I say as I drink my orange juice.
" Oh like you could cook any better "
" I bet I can " I say confident.
" You know what? I am never going to do a bet with you again! " he says waving his hands in the air with surrender. I was about to answer him but there was a knock at the front door. He and I looked at each other and gave each other the competitive look. I quickly got up from my chair and charged to the front door. Dillion right behind me but I inches in front of him. I stopped at the door and looked at Dillion.
" I Won " I say as I turn the door knob.
There stood Dani and Zach with bright smiles, both there smiles faded when they saw Dillion. Dillion's happy attitude turned to a rude one.
" What do you want? " asked Dillion rudely as he stepped in front of me.
" Where her to see Zara...not you " said Dani as she tried to go around Dillion.
" Well..not right now so bye " said Dillion as he tried to close the door. Zach put his foot in the way making the door bounce back open.
" We didn't ask you if we could " responded Zach. Dillion was about to answer but I interrupted.
" I thought you guys were cousins? " I ask as I take Dillion's place at the door.
" Being cousins doesn't mean we get along " answered Dani " Now that I see that your fine I'll call you later " she added as she grabbed Zach's arm and they turned around. I closed the door.
" What was that about? " I ask.
" I don't know " he answered as he headed to the kitchen, I followed behind and was about to snap back but the door opened from behind me. I turned around and saw my aunt come through the door with Belle. Belle looked really tired and so did my aunt. My aunt gave a weak smile.
" What happened " I asked as I felt my heart sink in my chest.
" Nothing happened, it just that my.....aunt wanted Marisa out and I told her if she left I would leave too and she really didn't care shit that I left " answered Belle
" I'm going to take a shower and sleep " said my aunt as she headed up the stairs " Fell like at home, take a shower go to sleep, Belle "
" Sure thing " answered Belle " May I borrow some of your cloth and take a shower Zara? "
" Go ahead " I say and Belle heads up the stairs.
My head started to hurt and I felt like disappearing. I wanted everything to go back to normal, Jason and I dating, me back in Miami with my friends and so on. Right now I felt a great guilt, I cheated on Jason the boy that I promised to love and failed.
