Steven Universe: Dare Me!

14th Dare: Ruby

A/N: I have... No clue how ballet works. I may be a chick, but I prefer jeans to a dress and Metallica to Mozart. (Though he is quite the composer)

-------------Day One

"So, Steven said I had to take ballet lessons from you... For a week..."

Pearl turned around, frowning. "...Ruby? ...you know what, I'm not even surprised anymore."
The taller gem sighed, rubbing her temple. "...so, what's with the Tu-tu?"
"What's with the leather?" Ruby shot back.
"...Nevermind. Let's just... Start practicing." Pearl shrugged off her leather jacket, setting it down onto a random surface.

------------- Day Two

"No, No, No! You put your feet here!" Pearl snapped, kicking Ruby's feet apart. "This is a basic stance! I don't even know what that was!"
"It's my version of this stupid dance!" Ruby snapped.

"Well your version is wrong. Do it right!"

"Why should I?"

"Because it's done a certain way!"

"So?"

"I- You- Class Dismissed!"

------------- Day Three

Setting her leg on the bar, Ruby leaned forward to stretch herself out. The edge of the tu-tu tickled her bottom of her chin, but she mostly ignored it as she started to count. "One, two, three, fou -o - o - or!!"
The red gem nearly squealed as a pair of lips brushed against the back of her neck. Two arms snaked their way around her waist, warm finger brushing her covered stomach. "P-Pearl!?"
"Mmm... Close but not quite." A very familiar voice laughed. "Try again."

"Sapphire!"

"Exactly." The blue gem giggled, allowing the red gem enough room to turn around. Ruby gladly did so, leaning over to kiss the blue gem.
Sapphire smirked, pulling back before she could. "I thought I'd come watch you practice..."

"Do I at least get a kiss before I start? You can't just leave me hanging like that..."

"After you finish." Sapphire teased, kissing the red gem on the nose. "That should hold you off for now."

"When it comes to you, I'm insatiable. One is never enough."

"Well you're going to have to wait, I'm afraid. You'll live."

"I suppose... But at least I'm not unquenchable. Unlike some gems!" Ruby yelled the last part loud enough for a certain gem to hear, earning a sigh from the tall gem.

------------- Day Four

Being apart wasn't turning out to be so bad. She got to see Sapphire every day, and she got to do so much more with her. She got to kiss her, hold her, snuggle her - you get the idea.
She did those things every day, yet, why was she so... Shocked and... Disturbed to see Amethyst doing the exact same thing to Pearl?

Pearl's jacket had been thrown off to the side, along with her combat boots and Amethyst's purple over shirt.
"A-Amethyst, that tickles!" Pearl giggled as the said gem kissed her way down her neck. "And, Ruby's gonna be here any minute.."
"I'm sorry, P..." Amethyst grinned. "I can't help it.. I can't get over the leather... It looks so awesome on you."

Ruby silently pretended to puke before slowly backing out of the room.

It seemed practice was cancelled.

------------- Day Five

"Good... Yes, Excellent! ...oh, you almost had that last leap!" Pearl frowned. "...try again, you'll get it this time!"
"You're in a good mood." Ruby grinned, pausing to look over at the gem.

"W- well, I, I'm just more relaxed, is all..."

"Uh-huh... I'm gonna have to tell Amethyst to sneak in here more often."

Pearl stared at her, her entire face flushing blue. "...W-What...?"

------------- Day Six

"This tu-tu is really starting to get on my nerves. And I'm tired of having to listen to bird-brain over there." Ruby grumbled, hearing Sapphire laugh.
"Just think about it this way." The blue gem hummed, kissing her cheek. "You're bound to be way more flexible after the week is over."
A blush washed across Ruby's face, and dark eyes snapped up and over to meet a single blue one. "...that's true... Why don't you see just how flexible I can be, then?"

"Gladly~"

------------- Day Seven

"Finally." Pearl sighed, flopping onto the couch uncharacteristically. "The week is over! I think I've deserve a nap after having to teach someone so... Unwilling..."
