Chapter 5: That's what friends are for
Angela's POV:
I was wrong.
Justin wasnt like other celebrities he was down to earth. He was really fun and acted like any other normal person.
Talking to Justin came easily.
"So then my mom texted me one day and said 'Have a good day at school don't pee your pants again, lol :D' "
I burst out laughing
"Its not funny, she thought lol meant lots of love"
"I'm sorry but that's pretty funny"
He looked at me like he was angry and smirked then started to laugh with me
"ok ok so enough about my embrassing mom what about yours?"
I went silent and just like any time i thought about my mother tears began to fill my eyes...
Justin's POV:
Oh fuck I think I said something wrong
Angela looked like she was about to cry when I asked her about her mom, I had to fix this.
"I'm sorry I didnt mean to ask I--"
"No its cool" Angela smiled weakly at me
She sighed "My mom died... of cancer when i was 6 - 10 years ago but it - still hurts.." she said this softly and sadly
Way to go Justin now i felt really bad
"I'm sorry" I didnt want to say 'I understand' because I didn't i mean my parents are divorced but neither of them died im glad to have them and i dont want to lie to Angela
So instead i brought her into a hug she cried into my shoulder for a while
Angela got out of my arms a bit to look up at me "Sorry for staining your shirt with tears"
"Hey its ok thats what friends are for, right?"
"Yea.. Im glad I met you Justin thank you for being my friend" burying her head into my chest
"No problem, Angela"
That's when my mom walked in
Her face looked confused but whispered to me "Dinner's ready" I nodded still holding Angela in my arms.
"Angela Dinner's ready wanna go eat or we can eat later, thats okay with me"
"No Im kinda hungry and I dont want You to strave either, lets go" she left my arms - I noticed the dried tears on her cheeks and the sadness in her eyes but I didn't say anything
I smiled at her "okay lets go"
