"Containment password?"
"X2H6" Skylar said as she approached her containment.
"Password excepted" Her containment replied.
Skylar walked into the containment, layed her bag down in the front entrance and sat in the common room. Her mom was there rocking Acacia, Acacia was Skylars youngest sister, she was only two.
"How is the garden doing?" Skylars mom Lillian asked
"I watered the plants this morning, we should be able to be eating the fruits and veggies soon" Skylar responded in her usual polite but annoyed tone.
Skylar was a very independent individual, she was the earthy type of person, she had long blonde hair that reached the end of her ribs and she had piercing light blue eyes, with a hint of green. She had that earth tone to her. If she had lived on earths surface she would be a farmer, with a massive garden.
But, Skylar lived near the core or the earth with every other human being. 7523 years ago the earth had become to polluted, and the solution was to move under ground, now they all live in highly electronic homes called containment's. They were the latest technology along with Hover balls, Hover balls are like like hover cars but they are a ball shape. It was a whole different world down in the Under Earth.
Skylar walked up the spiral stairs to the green room, where her home garden was, it was her favourite place in the whole house. The plants made her wonder about real plant life on the surface, all she had ever known were these genetically modified plants, that are made for containment's.
She swiped her garden gloves from the table at the entrance and started to weed the steel planter boxes that held the lettuce. Skylar hummed a song to herself while she worked.
Skylar was suddenly disturbed by a loud booming explosion that happened deep beneath her containment... That's when the emergency evacuation sirens went off.
