"Do you remember me telling you that the Rose Garden has its own will?"

"Yes. So... I can't see her so easily. That's what you told me."

"When I was little, Harold and Tatiana took me to the Rose Garden, and I got to know about Rosapast."

"Rosapast is the name of the roses blooming in the Rose Garden. And she-- Rosapast shows herself only to people who she chooses."

"Rosapast accepted me and she often opened the entrance of the Rose Garden to welcome me."

"But, Tatiana passed away, and then Harold disappeared..."

"Rosapast starts to lose get power..."

Alfred looks down in grief.

"Since Harold was gone, she never appeared in front of me, even once."

"Oh no..." (Mina)

"Just once, I heard her voice asking for my help."

"Tatiana's descends and Harold's descendant loving each other, and offering their blood..."

"That's the only way to save her."

"I can't ignore her plea. I must save her no matter what."

I'm relieved to know that the reason is just like what Alfred would think of.

"We need to open the entrance to the Rose Garden to save Rosapast. And there's only one way to open it."

"It's to be recognized as Harold's heir and be admitted to Rosapast, right?"

Alfred nods to my question.

"You are Tatiana's descendant, and I'm Harold's descendant, so if we love each other..."

"... I would be approved as Harold's heir and we could open the entrance to the Rose Garden."

"Thus, we can go into the Rose Garden and pour our blood on her to save her."

Looking at Alfred's serious look, I ponder about how to respond.

(Ever since I came to this castle, I was only thinking about how to get out of here as a human.)

Alfred gently smiles at me.

"... So, do you have any idea where the Rose Garden is located at?"

"I know where it is. I have gone to the entrance so many times I can't even remember."

"I tried so many ways to open the door, but it was firmly closed. I pushed it, pulled and I even kicked it."

"There's a small dent on the door, and some words are carved in right beside it."
