"Alfred?"
He answers me with his quiet, subtle sleeping breath.
(I can't believe it...)
"Oh, Alfred...."
I watch him as he lies peacefully asleep with me in his arms (≧σ≦)
(I guess he trusts me, seeing how he fell asleep during a time with me.)
I have wanted Alfred to tell me his feelings with his own words, but he's fallen asleep so suddenly...
.... However, to think that he is relaxed because he's with me fills me with a warm feeling.
"Mmm..."
"Eep!"
Alfred holds me tighter in his arms.
(I should probably get some sleep, too...)
I feel so comfortable in his arms.
One moment, I closed my eyes. The next moment, I fell asleep.

The next day, we began searching for my pendant.
"I know I held it in my hand before I entered this castle."
"But I can't remember a thing about it after that..."
We started looking in the corners of the lobby.
"The cleaning is perfect around here."
"It's impossible that something you dropped here would stay here for more than two days."
"You have a point... Where would it be, then?"
