Epilogue

"Avalon" his voice, I can hear it in the distance. LOUDER and LOUDER "Avalon where are you"  my heart starts to race faster and faster. As he calls my name, I try to run but I'm immobile "Dylan, Dylan I scream but all that comes out is air. "Avalon". I can see him running in my way from the distance.  Closer, and Closer until he is standing before me. He drops to his knees, I can see his blue eyes full of tears, his rosy red cheeks covered in freckles. "I miss her so much, why did I do it, its the biggest mistake I've ever made." he mumbles trough his tears. I can tell how broken he is. I wished I could tell him I was hear, Just kiss him one more time. All I wanted him to realize was he can't do what he did. I never knew he cared about me so much. Maybe hurt was all he needed to realize what he had done.

He's balling now. The couple rain drops that had previously flowed down his face turned into a storm. I never thought the tough boy I've know since we were 8 was ever capable of shedding one tear let alone a million. "I love you Dylan." I whisper as he stands up and slowly starts to walk away fists clenched, and every few seconds he picks up his shirt and wipes his eyes. Its so pain full watching him walk away all I can do is Scream at the top of my lungs... but no one can hear I'm left all alone. left to watch the boy I love fall under his feet. "DYLANNNNNN-----"

"Babe, are you alright." the sound of Dylan's voice calms me. "Yes, just a bad dream" I say as I stare into his beautiful blue eyes. His arm is wrapped around my waist. As I snuggle into his shoulder. "don't worry I'm here nothing's going to happen to you" he says kissing me so gently that my whole body goes numb. I couldn't tell him what happened so I promptly agreed saying "Yes, I know your my super hero" He smiles "Well, its one in the morning, Avalon go back to sleep and there's no need to be scared especially in my arms." Suddenly I felt safe. I kiss him on the cheek turn around and slowly fall back asleep. As soon as he knows I'm close to drifting off he whispers "I Love You"
