Luffy x Demon! Reader

2 Days Until War!

A few good months of training later~

"Alright now we have 2 days until battle. What is our strategy?" Akala said. "Well we need to defeat her demon army. But we have something she doesn't." You said with a smile. "We have an awesome crew and their amazing captain!" You said as everyone cheered.
"Alright! Now let's do this!" Everyone yelled.

*Day one*

"Alright I think we should head out tomorrow." Fawna said. "Yes we should but we should be very careful. We don't know what (S/n) is capable of." Crystal said.
" Well we should get some sleep shouldn't we." Sky yawned. Her sister Akala nodded. And then they left back to their campgrounds. "Alright (Y/n) see you tomorrow!" Fawna and Crystal said.
You then smiled and waved them goodbye and flew back to where Akala and Sky were.

*Day two*

Today was the day everyone got their weapons together and headed of. As you were all sailing you, your sisters, and the other two were flying above the ship to watch for danger. Luffy and his crew had always appreciated how much you protected and cared for them. "Hey (Y/n) can you come down here for a bit." Luffy yelled up at you. "Sure thing Luffy." You yelled back and flew down.
"What's going on Luffy is everything ok?" "Yeah everything is fine I just need to tell you something before we get there." Luffy said as he smiled shyly. "What is it?" "I needed to tell that I really do care about you and your safety. I just don't want you to killed." "Don't worry Luffy I'm not going anywhere." You then hugged him he blushed and hugged back.
*night time~*
"Hey (Y/n) can you tell me a story from when you were little? Maybe one with your mother if you don't mind." Luffy said with a cute smile. "Sure anything for my captain." You laughed.

"Well I was 6 years old the last I remember her."

Flash Back~

"(Y/n) what are you doing up so late? More importantly why are you in the woods?" Your mother ask while hugging you. You were crying. "Mother why do you have to go?" "Because I have to go and take care of some things for a while but i'll be back honey. You know that I always go this time a year." She said comforting you.
"Well it just that no one knows us well and it's just me and my sisters." "That's why i'm taking you some where in the morning before I go."
"Where?" You ask still with tears in your eyes. "I'm taking you to a little home with a nice young lady. I know here from when I was a kid her name is Eva Steins. She loves children so you don't have to worry about a thing ok dear." She said as she wiped away you tears.
"Yes mother."
She then carried you back to the house you all lived in, it wasn't the best house but you liked it. It was in the woods so had plenty of space to run around and play.
"Hey mother will you sing me a lullaby?" You ask with a yawn. "Sure I will dear."
She then began to sing

And save the questions for another day~

When the song was over you had fell asleep. You had loved your mother's kind, soft voice.

But when you woke in the morning your mother was taking you and your sisters to Eva's house. You gave you mother one more big hug. "Please come back safe mother." You said as you hugged her tightly. "Don't worry I will. And until then Eva will take real good care of you. Or i'll have to kick her but!" "No please i'll take good care of them I promise!" Eva said scared. Your mother was a lot tougher than she was. "Hahaha calm down I just joking with ya! Hahaha." Then you, Eva and your sisters started to laugh.
You and all of your sisters were hugging their mother when her ship arrived.
She gave you all one last hug and left.

Flashback over~

"(Y/n) I'm so sorry I shouldn't have made you tell me." He said as he hugged you. "It's fine Luffy I'm glad to get it off my chest but that's not all I remember." You said as you hugged back. "Well I don't want you to get sad again so don't tell me ok." He said as he looked ito your eyes. "I'm not sad." you said with confusion. "(Y/n) you were crying." "Oh sorry." "No don't apologies it's not your fault." He said as he hugged you once more.
You both then fell asleep in each others arms again.
