After you ran out of the cave you fell and rolled down a hill into a ditch. There were spikes and trons in there but you were terribly hurt. You almost broke a leg or arm but luckily you didn't.
"Why am I such a useless weakling. I can't even protect the ones I love. I can't even protect Luffy." You said crying. You then fell weak and your eyes closed.
"(Y/n) where are you?!? He then found you lying in a ditch. "(Y/n)!" Luffy yelled as he jumped in the ditch. You still didn't wake up. Luffy then picked you up and carried you back to the cave you were in. He got a big stick and lit it so he wold have some light to see you with.
"(Y/n) why didn't I just agree with you and now your hurt and I don't know what to do!" Luffy said with tears rolling down his face.
"I need you to be safe please wake up. Say something." He then pulled you close. You both were alone in the cave for a day now it was late at night and you still weren't awake.
"At least your breathing (Y/n). That's good." Luffy said as he fell a sleep.
'I need (Y/n) to be safe no matter what i'll be at my strongest to protect her. I love her but I don't think she feels the same. I'll have to see. But right now I need her to be safe.' thought to himself as he fell asleep.
All he dreamed about was you and him together at last. Yet you still weren't sure if you should be his. You were afraid of what you would do if you were to hurt him. But he didn't care he loved you. And you loved him.
If only the curse of the black rose was never there.
