After the day when Natsumi kidnapped, Tsukasa and Yuusuke (A.R) tried to find Natsumi using their powers but the result is still not to be found. Daiki came to the studio to inform the two that he sensed a dimensional wall before and after Natsumi lost. Tsukasa said that maybe the kidnapper came from an another world. Yuusuke and Tsukasa traveled once again through worlds to search Natsumi but the result is bad. There are no traces of Natsumi on every worlds. But suddenly after they are back at the studio, a another Kuuga is rampaging on the city. Tsukasa thought that is Yuusuke (A.R) but he's wrong because Yuusuke is on his side. Tsukasa and Yuusuke ride their bike to go towards the city. Tsukasa transformed: "KAMEN RIDER, D-D-DECADE!". Yuusuke tried to transform but he can't. His buckle turned into a stone. Kuuga noticed the two. He said that he will destroy the alternate Kuuga. Yuusuke asks Kuuga but instead of answering, he punch and punch until Yuusuke fainted. Tsukasa gets angry and transforms into Kuuga too. "KAMEN RIDER, K-K-KUUGA!"
Tsukasa said that he will not forgive the evil Kuuga. They fought, but it seems to be Tsukasa is weakening. Kuuga uses his final attack resulting Tsukasa's fainting.
