Today is Thursday one day before prom and I don't have a date which is not a surprise. I was going to go to prom with my boyfriend but yesterday he told me he only dated me for a bet so I broke up with him. Surprisingly I didn't cry I was just really angry. Then my stupid alarm clock goes of. "Ugh I still want to sleep." I said. But I have to go to school and I don't want to because people will make fun of me for not having a date to prom and it would just be annoying. I headed over to my bathroom and took a shower. When I was done I went to my closet to find something to wear. I picked out a white and black striped crop top and a maroon skater skirt and my black high top converse. My hair I put it in a bun. When I was done looking at myself in the mirror I went downstairs to make a waffle. When I was done I went to school. When I got to school I went to my looker and found a note and it said "Go to the gym after 1st period and I will not tell you who I am just please go!" Oh no is it someone who is gonna embarrass me. I bet it is but oh well. Ring!! Oh no that was the bell now I have to go to the gym. I walk into the gym and the lights are off I went to go turn them on then someone turned them on before I could. Then I saw Hayes Grier the popular boy in school holding a sign that said "y/l/n would you like to be my beautiful date to prom?" I just stood there with my mouth open. Is this real life! Is this really happening! Oh my gosh!! I ran up to him and hugged him and said yes into his chest. When I let go he smiled at me and kissed my cheek. I got so many butterflies in my stomach. "So since you my date how bout me go prom dress shopping." "Okay that sound good." I said. When we got there I tried on a lot of dresses but then one I tried on was perfect it had diamonds all over the top and the bottom was this baby blue color. I was in love. When I walked out Hayes's jaw dropped and he said "Y/N you look so beautiful. That dress in perfect on you. Just wow you need to get it you just look so gorgeous." I blushed like crazy and said thanks. When I got out of the dress we went to go pay for it. I pulled out my credit card and was about to pay then Hayes moved my hand out of the way."You are not gonna pay I will because it looked so gorgeous on you and I made you get it." "No I'm paying so move your hand out of the way." "Y/N look at me I'm paying so put your credit card back in your wallet. "Ugh fine." When we were done with that Hayes dropped me off and kissed my on the cheek and said "Bye beautiful I will see your gorgeous face tomorrow. And I really glad you said yes." "Bye Hayes I will see your handsome face tomorrow and I'm glad I said yes to." Then I went to kiss him on the cheek and then he turned his head really fast so I ended up kissing him on the lips. "Hayes!" I said and smiled. He just laughed and said bye babe then he drove away.
Prom Day!!!
Yayyy it's prom day!! I get to see Hayes! Then I went to go take a shower. After I was done I went to do my hair. I curled my hair and on the side is a braid. For my makeup I did brown smokey eye look and I put on eyeliner and fake eyelashes. Then I put on my beautiful dress and my shoes are glitter wedges. Then Hayes texted me saying "I will be at your house in 5 beautiful❤️." Yay!!
5 minutes later
Knock knock! That must be Hayes. When I opened the door I saw Hayes he was wearing a tux with a tie that was the same color as my dress. "Wow y/n you look stunning!" "Well you look very handsome!" When we got inside my mom came downstairs. "Oh my gosh ya'll look so adorable. Hayes you look so handsome and y/n you look so beautiful baby girl!" "Okay I need pictures!" Our first pic Hayes wrapped his arm around my waist and I placed my hand on on his stomach. The 2nd pic Hayes picked me up bridal style and kissed me on the cheek and my mom took the pic when I was laughing and it was a cute pic. "Okay mom I think we should leave so you aren't late." "Okay sweetie ya'll have fun!" Hayes got a limo. "Hayes you didn't have to get a limo." "Oh yes I did it is our first prom and I want it to be awesome!" "Okay." "Anyways I didn't bye it Nash did and he is our driver." "Hey Nash thanks for the limo!" "Your welcome little sis!" When we got there we went to go to the candy bar. "Oh my gosh this candy is so good!" I said. "Haha your so cute y/n." "Thanks handsome." After we were done stuffing our faces with candy we went over to get some punch. "Y/n after we drink our punch do you want to go dance." "Sure!" When we got to the dance floor we danced to some fast songs then a slow song came on and Hayes wrapped his arms around my waist and my hands rested around his neck and my head was on his chest. Then I looked up at home and then he kissed me on the lips. It was so perfect. When the prom was done Nash came and picked us up. "So are ya'll dating." Nash said as he was wiggling his eyebrows. "Yes Nash we are and don't do that again." Said Hayes. I just laughed. Then we got home and Hayes walked me to my door. "I had a lot of fun with you tonight." "Me to Hayes." Then he pulled me into a hug. "I love you so much beautiful." "I love you more Hayes." "No." "Yes." Then he kissed me and I was getting so many butterflies in my stomach. "Bye babe I will so you tomorrow I love you so much beautiful." He said and kissed me on the forehead. "Bye Hayes I love you to." I said and kissed his cheek. When I walked inside I saw my mom sitting by the window. "We're you spying on us?" "Yes and ya'll are so cute together!" "Thanks mom I'm going upstairs now." "Okay sweetie I love you."
