Chapter 4: Hurt

Calum's POV

Luke, Ashton, and I were literally about to leave the girls house when Emily and Sara walked in.

"What the fuck?!?!" Sara yelled.

We just froze not knowing what they are going to do.

And to be completely fair, I don't want to go the pain that Emily caused, again.

"Why are you guys still here? And where's Claire?" Emily asked.

"Um, Claire and Michael went to her dads house to pick up something, and we were about to leave, so calm the fuck down," Luke said.

He really shouldn't have added the 'calm the fuck down' part.

"Don't you fucking tell me to calm down again!" Emily yelled at him.

Sara tapped her shoulder and quietly said, "You could calm down, just a little bit."

Emily simply gave her a death glare.

"Just leave," Emily sighed.

"Will do," Ashton said while heading towards the door.

Luke and I closely followed him, leaving the girls to themselves.

We walked over to our place and sat down in the living room.

"What just happened?" I asked.

They both just stare blankly at one another.

"Not to sure," Ashton said.

"Luke-"

"I know! Your going to tell me to fix things with them, a-and I'm working on it," he snapped.

Just then Michael walked in, looking occupied with his thoughts.

"Hey, Mikey. Is everything okay?" Ashton asks.

He shook his head as if he was clearing his mind.

"Yeah, I'm fine," he said quietly.

"You sure?"I questioned.

"Yeah, it's nothing," he said while quickly walking upstairs.

"That was weird," Luke says.

"Maybe one of us should talk to him," I suggested.

Ashton just shook his head,"Don't bother, he'll tell us when he wants to,"

I simply sighed and went to check on Michael.

I reached his room and the door was locked.

I knock three times before speaking.

"Hey? Can I come in?"

I heard fidgeting coming from him room, and then he unlocked the door opening it.

"What do you want?" He asked, while avoiding eye contact.

"What's wrong? Ever since you came back from being with Claire you've been acting weird, so what's wrong?" I ask, kind of harshly.

"I...I just don't know what to do about this?" He says softly while looking at me.

"What are you talking about?"

Ashton's POV

Calum left Luke and I downstairs so we decided to go out.

We were sitting in silence for a while until Luke spoke up.

"So what do you think about our new neighbours?"
