Chapter 3

"Lexi wake up!" I hear Mike yell as he shakes me awake.

"What do u want asshole?" I yell at him mad cuz I was having a really good dream

"We have stopped at a hotel for the night we are halfway to California"

"Okay, just next time don't shake me like that you know I hate that!

I unbuckle my seatbelt and grab my phone,blanket,pillow,and headphones and get out of the car. I walk around the back of the car and pop open the trunk to grab my duffle bag that has some of my clothes in it. As I shut the truck I hear the beep that signifies that the car has been locked.

I walked to the front of the car and look up at the hotel we were standing in front of and my eyes immediately went to the giant green letter that spelled out Embassy Suites. I love to stay in hotels because just think about it there are people that get paid to assist you and your every need. And I love how they have the beds made perfectly and how when you wake up in the morning there's breakfast just calling your name and ugh I just love it!

We walk in the hotel and this place it just GORGEOUS!!!! It's also H.U.G.E!!! I mean there is a river and a waterfall in this hotel. And the lobby has a restaurant and there's this huge T.V. in the place for breakfast. This place is so fancy.

"HELLO EARTH TO LEXI....." Mike says in a sarcastic tone,

"What?" I say still gawking at how gorgeous this place is,

"We have the keys now, lets go upstairs."

"Okay,I'll be up in a minute. What's the room number?" I questioned

"525. And gimme your stuff." he says as he grabs my stuff and puts it on the luggage cart

I spot the sign that says POOL. I follow the signs until I find this long glass window. I look through to see a pool that is pretty big! I see no one in there so I scan my key and walk in. I look around and explore this room. I find out that there's a sauna, hot tub, and a gym in this room as well. I look to the other end of the room to find there's a pool that is like twice the size of the indoor pool! I walk out and see of course the pool. I walk over and see that the pool is changing several different colors!

"This place is so cool!" I say out loud,

"I know right! I can't believe it either." I scream as I hear a voice to the side of me speak, and to be honest I am a very jumpy person so this scared the shit out of me of course.

I look over to see a very attractive guy standing to my right. He has only his swim trunks on and a towel slung over his shoulder. But all my eyes could focus on were his rock hard abs. But he looks so familiar!

"Hi I'm Cameron." the stranger said walking over to me with his hand held out while he was laughing. He probably just saw me basically jump outta my skin just a few seconds ago.

"Oh my gosh to be honest you just scared the crap out of me!"

"I could tell you looked like my cat when I drop something." he was still laughing

I walk over to him and grab his hand and respond "Hey I'm Lexi nice to meet you stranger."

"Um I was about to go swimming... You wanna join?"

"Sure lemme go change and i'll be right back! Don't wait on me." I say with a smirk attached to my face

I race to the elevator and pound the 5 on the side. And it felt like forever as it was taking me up. So I turn around to find out that its a glass elevator and I look out to see the entire first floor and its astounding. I snap out of my trance when I hear the "BING" come from behind me. Stand at the door waiting for it to slide open. And as soon as it does I see two big signs in front of me. One say"500-569 <------" and the other says "570-619 ------>"

I race down the one that will lead to my room. I find my room and grab my key and slide the key into the slot and as soon as it turns green I burst through the door.

"Where have you been?" Mike asks as I enter the room,

"I was exploring and I found these gigantic pools and I'm going to go swimming."

"Oh okay well mom and I are going to bed.You and mom are going to have the beds while I take the pull out."

"Okay I'll try and be quiet when come back."

I hope that you guys liked this chapter! Sorry I left you on a cliff hanger but I'm getting tired and I'm really busy with school and volleyball and stuff so yeah sorry.
