A few weeks later,
Tori and André played the game together, they were yelling and it was so funny.
André "is the baby taken care of"?
Tori "yes, they both are sleeping, and Averie is probably playing her own game at the moment".
André "when are we gonna give her the new system that we bought her"?
Tori "I don't know".
Tori "I have literally been waiting on you to do that. It's been sitting in the closet in our room, do you wanna give it to her now"?
André "I don't know, do you"?
Tori "yeah".
André "alright let's pause the game and then we can go give it to her".
Tori paused the game,
She went into their closet and grabbed the gift bag with the new system inside, and they went to their daughter's room.
Tori "hey girlie"!
Averie "hi mommy, hi daddy".
Tori "so we actually have something that we have been holding on to for you".
Averie "what's that"?
Tori "it's for you".
André "it's for you baby".
Averie grabbed the bag from Tori's hand, and opened it.
Averie "you got me a Nintendo switch 2"?
Tori "yeah, it's all yours. We have had it for months, but we didn't know when to give it to you".
Averie got up and went over to Tori hugging her, and her dad, Averie "thank you mommy, thank you daddy, thank you"!
André "you're welcome sweetheart"!
Tori "you're welcome sweetie"!
Averie "can you help me set it up"?
Tori "of course my love".
Tori and André helped their daughter set up her new game system, Averie "thank you again mommy and daddy"!
Tori "you're welcome", André "you're welcome honey".
Averie "mommy can aunt Joanna come to visit"?
Tori "you have to ask her honey, you do remember that she and her partner are expecting not one but two little babies"?
Averie "I miss her".
Tori "she's my sister, I miss her too. Why don't you call her"?
Averie "okay", she said faking a little smile.
Tori "hey, don't get all sad, you can call your auntie, you know that you can call her anytime and she will answer. You know you are her baby, you can call her".
Averie "okay".
Averie stood in her room,
Tori and André went back to their room and continued to play their game.
Averie called her aunt.
Joanna "hi my little love", Averie "hi auntie", Joanna "how are you doing", Averie "I'm okay, I miss you and auntie Ashley a lot", Joanna "aww we miss you too my love".
