Ivy punches the air as if someone is in front of her. Thats all she's done for the past year she's been locked up. Workout, sleep, and think. That and her occasion visit from Kane or Abby Griffin.

The door suddenly opens and Ivy stops her punching. Three guards walk in.

"Prisoner 307, face the wall." The front guards demands.

"What? Why?" Ivy asks.

"Face the wall 307." He demands again.

"No. Not until you tell me what-"

Ivy cuts herself off as the other two guards grab her arms and hold her against the wall. One holds out her right arm and the first guard places a metal band on her arm. Ivy bites her lip as the band locks around her wrist and pricks her skin.

She immediatly goes into action. She brings her left elbow up, elbowing one guard. He lets her go and she kicks the other guards ankle. Now free, she makes a run out the door, closing it behind her.

The seen in front of her is shocking. All the prisoners in her block are being taken out of their cells and directed elsewhere. Ivy hears '307' shouted and turns to see more guards headed her way.

She takes a step to escape but a voice stops her.

"Ivy!"

She turns and sees Kane coming her way.

"Kane, what the hell is going on? Are they-"

"You're being sent to the ground." Marcus tells her.

"What?" Ivy asks. "That's a death sentence."

"No, it's not. I need you to trust me. This is your only chance of survival."

"Survival? What are-"

Ivy's cut off when a tranqualizer is injected into her neck.

Ivy wakes up on a drop ship. She looks around to see a lot of other people strapped in.

"Welcome back." A voice to her right says.

Ivy turns and sees the one and only Octavia Blake.

"Octavia? How are you-?"

"Here?" Octavia finishes. "I was arrested, isn't it obvious. How are you here?"

Before Ivy can answer, the drop ship shakes and the lights flicker. The teens yell and Octavia grips Ivy's hand.

"Looks like we entered the atmosphere." Ivy comments.

Suddenly, monitors that are around the ship light up to reveal Thelonias Jaha: the Chancelor of the Ark.

"Prisoner of the Ark, hear me now." Jaha says. "You've been given a second chance. And as your Chancelor, it is my hope that you see this as not a chance for you, but a chance for all of us. Indeed for mankind itself.

"We have no idea what is waiting for you down there. If the odds of survival were better, we would've sent others. Frankly, we're sending you because your crimes have made you expendable."

"Your dad is a dick Wells." A kid comments.

Ivy looks around and spots Clarke Griffin and Wells Jaha. They're probably going to get the most heat down here because of who their parents are.

"Those crimes will be forgiven; your records wiped clean. The drop site has been chosen carefully. Before the last war, Mount Weather was a military base built within a mountain. It was to be stocked with enough nonperishables to sustain 300 people for up to 2 years."
