Chapter 1: Kunzite and Jax Marth

I ran. Kunzite, my brother had got lost. I knew he was just being Kunzite. "Jax, did you find Kunzite?" My other brother, Zenith said. "Nope, but I think I know where. His little corner in the Burning Forest outside." I said.
"Smart." Zenith followed me.
Zenith ran in another direction. It took 2 hours but I found Kunzite. "KUNZITE CANVIL MARTH!! You had the whole family worried sick." I yelled at Kunzite. "Jax, his essence is here." Kunzite murmured. "His essence my butt. ZENITH!!!I FOUND HIM!!!" Zenith ran towards me. I carried Kunzite on my shoulder. I should introduce myself. I'm Jax Marth. I'm 13,little Kunzite Marth here is 7 and Zenith Marth is 18. We're the Marth team. No one can beat us. Yet we thought. At home, mom and dad were sleep. We all went in our room. I scolded Kunzite. Kunzite cried. "Don't be a baby,Kunzite." Zenith said.

"Don't be rude, Zenith." I said and grabbed Kunzite and hugged him. I loved my baby brother with all my heart so that night he slept on my side of the bed instead of Zenith's. He fell sound asleep around 2 minutes of being on the bed, I fell asleep too.

{Jax's Dream}
I looked up. Kunzite was by my side. He was older somehow. He had his original brown hair. He was taller and holding a sword. I looked at who he was fighting. It looked like Argus. The Mage that helped in the war against the Titans. He looked different as well. He looked very dark. Outside and inside. Argus fought wildly. He charged for me.

"Don't touch my sister." Kunzite said, shielding me.
"Thank you Kunzite." I whispered. He didn't respond. I looked for Zenith. No sign. Kunzite backstabbed Argus. He fell and he reformed. He wasn't as dark as he was before. That dream started to fade.

{Zenith's Dream}

I looked around. The room was dark. They stared at me. The "Fel Soldiers". "Zenith Marth, we know much about you. Brother of Kunzite and Jax Marth." I couldn't talk. "..Leave my siblings out of this." I thought. "I'm sorry, Zenith. It is I, Lord Ignis of Fel." He knew what I thought.

"Zenith, you're dead. I will give you life if you become a Felreaper. You will reap the souls of the champions who fight against me." Lord Ignis said.

A Felreaper? This must be a weird dream...

{Kunzite's Dream}

"Lonna, take these arrows. Shoot them at Felreaper Zenith. I'm gonna do something." I said. I ran behind the Fel pillar. I created a makeshift grenade. I ran up onto the Fel pillar. I jumped into the fourth one. I ran across the battlefield. The climbed the fifth pillar. I grabbed a rope hanging from a tree.

"Everyone run!! Zenith it's me and you!" I ignited the grenade and jumped off the rope and stuck the grenade in a nook of Zeniths armor. It blew up. Good thing I had my Demolition armor on. I jumped on the land the whole gang was on. "He's been taken care of." I said.

I woke up. Kunzite was still sleep. Zenith was gone. Kunzite woke up and headed straight out the door. I put clothes on brushed my teeth too. Kunzite had his clothes on. Zenith was downstairs with his clothes. He had breakfast finished. We all are together with Mom and Dad. "Bye Mom and Dad!!" We left as we walked into the door. Well I did. Zenith closed the door on me. On purpose. "ZENITH YOURE SO DEAD!!!" I yelled and ran after Zenith. He ran fast an headed into the town square. "AH!! Jax stay away." Zenith screamed. I chased him 3 miles before Kunzite said "Uh??Can we just go to the temple?" I stopped harassing Zenith and walked with Kunzite's hand in mine. Best brother ever!!! Zenith walked on Kunzite's side. "The temple of Kalerius is up ahead it's located in the Shrine of Darkness. It's a couple miles outside of Norwick, towards the southwest.  Kunzite said looking into his book that mom gave him. It has all the best things and attractions in Lavendera. Some pages are marked with marks that look like S and a slash. We like going to those places. The first on the list of Marked locations is The Temple of Kalerius. I looked around. We were probably a mile out of Norwick. "Ok, rest here. We're just half a mile away from the Shrine and Temple." Kunzite said. He ran away, I guess he was looking for the exact location. 2 minutes later he was back with the exact location and he came and told me and Zenith. We picked up the pace and ran really fast. Into the shrine. I gave them Night Vision potions. I'm an alchemist also. The shrine was really dark but I guess the name tells the truth. I saw many monsters in the shrine. None of them could see us. We made a run for it. Kunzite got attacked by a Darkbat. Zenith tried to fight the huge cyclops bat away. "You two go!! I'll catch up." Zenith said. Zenith fought monsters bravely with his sword that Ignis gave him: The Sword of Igniting Fury. Inside the temple were alchemist inventions people only dreamed of. Kalerius must of used magicks to keep this place dark eternally. We saw a man. We walked up to him. "Hello, travelers. Are you looking for the God of Shadows?" He asked. "Yes, we are." Kunzite said. "He's out so all you can do is look around." Kunzite ran to some hieroglyphics in the walls. "Jax it says Revive thy Kalerius from sleep." I looked at it. "How do you know what it says?" Kunzite looked startled. "No one should be able to read the hieroglyphics." The man walked off. "Kunzite read the rest of the hieroglyphics." I said. Kunzite scanned the room. "They all talk about Kalerius dying. Did he truly die?" Kunzite said.
"I don't-" I was interrupted. A huge bat with one eye like the Darkbat came from the throne room. It had a gold touch of skin and breathed fire right at Kunzite before I rolled with him behind a pillar. "I only have one Fire Resistance potion. I have a levitation potion maybe if he flies uncontrollably it'll hurt itself if it flies too high." I threw the potion. Looked around the corner and their the bat had stopped flapping as it was just levitating. Then it fell on its side. "Why are you here. Only Felreapers and Felsoliders should be able to read those words!! If you get any ide-never mind I must kill you for Lord Ignis' sake." Zenith ran into the temple. He saw us and dodged the flame breath as he ran to the pillar. I could hear he flapping getting louder. "What is that thing?" Zenith said.
"It is a Felreaper. Felreapers come in different species and sizes. We need more fire resistance potions." Kunzite whispered.
"I brought a mobile alchemy stand just in case. The potions have been started and they shall be finished quickly. For the time being Zenith use this Fire Resistance potion and start attacking the Felreaper or whatever it is." I handed the potion to Zenith and he ran out into the temple's atrium. I put some extra potions in just in case and gave Kunzite his potion. We drank them and headed into the atrium with Zenith. I saw something in Kunzite's hand. One of his makeshift bombs."Eat grenade, Felreaper!!!!Duck Jax and Zenith!!!" Kunzite threw the grenade and Zenith covered me. We headed back for the battlefield and I have the boys a night vision potion so they could see. I drank mine and then headed behind the bat. "My Fire Resistance ran out Jax!!"Zenith called. I stuck a potion of harming on the bat right as he said that. The bat took the damage but blew fire at Zenith. He was covered in flames as the flames swirled upward. "ZENITH!!!!" Kunzite cried. You could see Zenith in the flames unharmed. Then the flames swirled downward and ceased and their was nothing. The bat and Zenith were gone. I ran to Kunzite.
"It's alright. He'll find his way back to us. We headed outside into the shrine and found our way outside. It was nighttime. As we headed home, we thought about Zenith and told mom and dad what happened. Then we stayed in our room. Ready for whatever happened next. I'm Jax Marth,sister of Kunzite and Zenith Marth.

Well how did you like the first chapter. Longer than I usually write it was 1,488 words long. You've met Jax,Kunzite and Zenith Marth who play one of the biggest parts in the story. Next is Elle and Chandler, the most important people in the story. So beware.
