Chapter 1;

He was still sitting there with no emotion.He's my best friend,I could usually read him like a book.But this time I couldn't.

"I believe you"

Those were the three words and 11 letters I wanted to hear.A smile grew on my face.

"Can I hug my daughter"

Ariel looked at me confused.

"That's your daddy" She then smiled jumping out of my lap giving Justin a hug and a kiss on the cheek.It was the cutest thing i've ever seen.I feel bad for not telling Justin about Ariel and not telling Ariel about Justin.

"Hi Ariel" Justin said as he sat her on his lap

"Hi Justy"

Justin chuckled and kissed her cheek.Maybe telling him wasn't so bad at all.In my head I thought he was going to deny her but I was wrong.

"Be right back"

I got up and got my coffee and Ariel's muffin.I went back to the table,Ariel and Justin was laughing and having a good time.It made me smile,it was adorable.

"She has my eyes and my smile"

I nodded agreeing with Justin.I gave Ariel her muffin.She started eating.

"I missed you so much Casey."

"I missed you too"

"Didn't seem like it.You never returned my calls"

"I know and i'm sorry"

"So what are you doing tomorrow?"

"I have work"

"Oh,what do you do?"

"I'm a dance teacher"

"Should've known.You loved to dance,does Ari go with you"

"Sometimes.When she doesn't my friend takes care of her."

"How about I pick her up tomorrow and she'll spend the day with me"

"That'll be great but ask the diva if she agrees"

"Do you want to hang out with me tomorrow?"

She nodded her head 'yes'.

"So why are you in New York?"

"Just for work"

"Sounds nice"

I looked at my watch,I had to meet up with Kristal in a few.

"Justy,promise you'll never leave me"

Tears built up in my eyes.

"I promise"

I wish my dad kept his promise.He left my mom and I when I was younger.All I remember now is running after his car yelling "DADDY DADDY PLEASE DON'T GO"

"Come on Ariel,we have to go"

"But I want to stay with Justy"

"I'm sorry sweetie but I have to work but i'll see you tomorrow"

"Fine,bye"

"Bye Ari"

I got up and took her hand as we walked out of Starbucks.I went to the parking back to the parking of my apartment building complex to get my car.I put Ariel in her car seat and made sure she was strapped in.I closed the door getting into the front seat the car then drove to the mall.Once we got there Ariel was knocked out.I got her stroller then carefully putting her in it.Kristal was waiting out front for us.
