The Cursed Time story is a humor-filled, Ancien Egyptian mythology based story.

In the first book, "What Now?" we meet Trueth Deveril, the (supposed) last European witch, and Metjen Al Nour, a priest in a still-active Ra temple who has very strong magical powers. Their meeting has a sort of "Fate nudges in" feeling, as he saves from dying in the desert.

As the story progress, we see Trueth finding a real family with the Al Nours and a place at the Temple, where she discovers and nurturs her own healing powers. At the same time we see her feeling for Metjen go from actraction, to friendship, to love; and know about the existence of Dark priests and how, during the Third dinasty a parallel Earth was created as demons crepeed into our world: most of the information about what happened in the past come from Seisi, a young "prickled" priest, who soon develops feeling for Trueth. At the end, a plan is revealed and out heroes and their family and friends have no other choice but go in the Mirror World without a way back to their world.

In the second book, "Only Yesterday", we see how Trueth and Metjen's family have adjusted to the life in the past.

They find out that some Dark Priests were able to pass the portal and are now scheming to bring the demons in the Mirror World as well. But luckily, our spy-priest Seisi discovers part of their plan...
