Don't Forget

I lay in bed, thinking about my sister. Don't forget! The voices in my head shout at me. Don't you dare forget the sun!  They scream at me. "I'M NOT GOING TO F***ING FORGET SO SHUT UP!!" I scream at the voices in my head. "HOW CAN I F***ING FORGET THAT MY SISTER IS DEAD!?!?" I shout. "Toby, are you okay? I heard yelling." 7-months-pregnant Clocky stands in the doorway. Embarrassed, I decide to tell her the truth. "Um.... your g-g-g-going to t-th-think I-I'm crazy, b-but th-there's v-voices in m-my head.... u-u-um, sc-screaming a-at me-m-me. T-t-telling m-me d-don't you da-dare forg-g-get th-the sun." I gulp. She nods. "It wasn't your fault, Toby. You weren't even driving." She says. I nod. "Th-th-thanks C-Clockwork." I say, blushing. She nods, and rubs her stomach. You could hear the clock ticking inside of her from a few feet away, now. We also figured out that the kicking wasn't really kicking, it was twitching. The baby had tourettes, and they were completely numb to any pain. Jeff said that he was to be the godfather, and Jane is the godmother. Clocky says once the baby is born, she is going out killing with me and to celebrate. I agreed that was a great idea, since we're killers and all. And one day, our little Proxy will be too. We haven't found out the gender yet, but I'm excited to find out! I'm really hoping for a boy, but I'm sure Clocky wants a girl. I walk over and kiss her, holding my hand on her stomach. This is really happening. I'm going to have a child. It makes me twitch with excitement just thinking about it! "Clocky?" 

"Mmm?" 

"Do you want a girl or a boy?"

"Hmmm.... A boy."

"Really? So do I!"

"I know, of course you want a boy, Toby! Don't all fathers want a little boy to share their passions with?"

"I-I-I g-guess you-your r-right."

"What's up? Something wrong? Your twitching like crazy!"

"I just can't believe we're going to have a child!"

"Me too."

"I love you, Clockwork."

"I love you too, Toby."

We kiss for what seems like forever before we head downstairs, hand in hand, to eat breakfast.
