Chapter 8: cooking with dad

Louis: Good morning!
Mom: Good morning Louis.

-The whole family sits around the table and eat breakfast-
Mom: Could you take Daisy she really wants to see your team play football?
Louis: Sure be ready I'm leaving soon.
Daisy: Yay!

Emma: Good morning Harry!
Harry: Good morning Emma.
Emma: I was wondering if you could babysit Ellie again?
Harry: I have football practice so could she sit on he bleachers for two hours?
Emma: That's no problem!
Harry: The only thing is my dad is driving so is that ok with you?
Emma: Sure I'll make sure she has her booster seat. Wait he's back?
Harry: Sadly yeah. Ok I'll be there in twenty minutes bye!
-He hangs up and then when it is almost time to go to football their dad gets in the front with Gemma while Harry and Ellie sit in the back-
Dad: Ok let's go!
-They drive to the field-
Louis: Hello everyone this is my 8 year old sister Daisy.
-Harry goes to the coach and   ask-
Harry: I had to bring the Ellie the kid I'm babysitting can she sit with Daisy?
Louis: Sure. Daisy can you watch Ellie?
Daisy: Sure!
-Daisy, Ellie and Harry's dad sit on the bleachers-
Perrie: So your dad is back?
Gemma: Yep sadly.
Perrie: Well how are you going to get your mom to see the truth?
Gemma: Hidden cameras.
Perrie: Nice!
-They play football for two hours and then they go home-
Harry: Ok let's go Ellie!
-Harry goes to Ellie's house and they go swimming for a couple hours-
Ellie: Wanna go on a walk?
Harry: Sure!
-They walk through the green way trail in the park-
Harry: El are you hungry?
Ellie: A little bit.
Harry: Let's get some pizza then.
-They go to a food truck and order pizza-
Harry: Thank you!
-He hands Ellie her food and they find a picnic table to eat at-
Harry: Well we better get back to the house your mom is coming home soon.
Ellie: Ok.
-Harry and Ellie walk home and get there right when Ellie's mom gets home-
Emma: Here you go Harry.
-She pays him-
Harry: Thanks have a nice day!
- Harry goes to his house and walks by his dad-
Dad: So kid what are we cooking?
Harry: First of all I'm not a kid. Second chicken, veggies and mashed potatoes.
Dad: Sounds good.
Mom: Oh look my son and husband being nice to each other.
Harry: Yeah no.
-Harry sits on the couch and watches tv-
Mom: Let's play a game tonight we are all fit so maybe a running game?
Gemma: Can we play man hunt?
Mom: Sure adults vs teens?
Harry: Sure.
-Harry and Des enters the kitchen-
Harry: I'll cook the chicken and the rice you can cut up the veggies and put them on a tray.
Dad: Ok.
-Harry cooks the food and his dad does the veggies-
Harry: Supper is ready.
-The family sits around the table-
Mom: Harry Dez this was really good.
Dez: Thanks. Harry did most of it all I did was cut veggies.
-Dez smiles at Harry and he feels guilty because his dad barely gave him credit-
Harry: Well if you didn't cut up the veggies we wouldn't be healthy.
Des: Thanks.
- Mom and Gemma do the dishes and then they get ready for man hunt-
Gemma: So I need the keys for the house.
-She gets the keys-
Harry: Ok so we can go anywhere and your it.
-They run to hide then the parents start looking for them-
Gemma: Let's go to the park where the tree house is with the exit escape slide-
Gemma: Ok.
-They climb up the tree and wait there-
Harry: So why did you take the house keys?
Gemma: So I can get the car and they won't see it because they can't get in.
Harry: Don't that's cheating!
Gemma: Fine.
-They run to the tree house and stay there for a bit and just talk-
Mom: We know your up there.
Gemma: Shit!
-They go down the slide at the back and run to the river and get on a raft-
Harry: Good luck finding us here!
-They sit on the only raft there was-
Des: I see you!
-He puts his one foot on the raft and they start going so he falls back into the water-
Harry: Sorry!
-They finish their raft ride and then run to the suburbs part of town and see a sign that says all of Louis's family's names and then Tomlinson-
Harry: Well i guess this is where he lives.
Gemma: Harry shut up and run.
-They run until they find a big tree and climb-
Harry: Ok we should hide on the roof of the house
Gemma: Ok.
-They go to the house and sit on the roof and their mom text Gemma that they gave up-
Gemma: They are here let's get down they gave up.
-They climb down and laugh-
Harry: We won!
-They high five and go into the house-
Harry: In going to bed goodnight.
-He goes upstairs and to bed-
